THE HOUSING:

On a site of approximately 650 sq. m, fully fenced and secure for your children. The main beach of Saint Philibert is located in front of the House at 100 m.

On the ground floor:
- 13 sq. m bedroom (a double bed of 160)
- A bathroom (with bath), a separate toilet
- A large living room of approximately 40 sq. m for 8 people with kitchen opening to the living and dining room
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, household appliances, etc.)
- A living-room with a flat screen TV + DVD player and Hi-Fi Stereo System.
- Access to a terrace with 2 glazed bays.
- A large accessible garage, with laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Free Wi-Fi and phone.

On the 1st floor :
- 2 bedrooms with single bed (90cm)
- 2 bedrooms with double bed (140cm)
- A bathroom (shower + washbasin)
- Separate toilet

At the outside:
- A private and secluded garden, spend all day in the sun!
- A terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
- An exterior shower for when you return from the beach
- 3 Adults' Bikes

The entire house has been completely renovated and equipped (new furniture) during the 1st half of 2014. The bedding is new and of superior quality.

A house at the beach:
In the quiet of nature, close to the beach of Men er Bellec, which is located in front of the villa (2 min walk). It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, particularly suitable for children because it is sheltered from the winds and currents. For those who like sports, the second beach of Saint Philibert (beach of Kernevest) and its sailing club "Oceane" are quickly accessible on foot in less than 10 min.

A privileged location between the Bay of Quiberon and the Gulf of Morbihan: Earth, sea, river and beaches. Four ways to live your holiday!

A deal with travellers:

We remain fully available to help you with the organization of your stay.
Upon confirmation of your booking, we will give you the contact information (phone and email) of our local manager. We invite you to contact us at least 8 days before the date of arrival to arrange your reception.

We can offer you the option of bed linen (beds and towels prepared for your arrival), for €70 extra per stay.

On site you can find baby equipment (folding bed, baby bath, intercom, booster).

Parking:
You will have the possibility to park 2 to 3 cars on the property, a true luxury in the area!

Access:
The villa is located at 15 min. from the TGV station of Auray and 45 min. from the airport of Lorient (1 h 30 from the airports of Nantes or Rennes). Auray is at 15 min, Carnac at 10 min and Vannes at 30 min.

Additional details:

1/ The cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the price of the stay.
2/ The city tax, water and electricity (reasonable consumption) are included in the rate.
3/ The bed linen (beds prepared at your arrival) as well as the towels may be available to you for €70 /stay.
4/ A security deposit of €500 will be requested before your entry to the house (with the balance of the booking).
5/ The Villa is declared to be in the Town Hall of Saint Philibert. It is labelled with '3 keys' by Clévacances and it is at a '4 star' level in the category of 'furnished tourism' by the Gites de France of Morbihan.

Internal regulations:

For every one to be comfortable, we will be very strict on the following points:

- The house shall be used as if it was your own, there shall be a commitment to respect the property and the neighbourhood.
- The presence of a maximum of 8 people, as agreed at the time of your reservation. - - For everyone's comfort, our friends, pets are not accepted.
- Smokers are accepted but they should be smoking outside only and respect the environment (ashtray available on site).
- Garbage disposal mandatory at the end of the stay (public rubbish bins at your disposal out of the commune).
- Make your stay an experience that meets your expectations with good communication between us before, during and after your stay.
