This house lives at the rhythm of the harvest and the A1710 rum factory.
Located on the Atlantic side, the property overlooks the bay of Simon, and the islets of François. A sublime landscape between sea and countryside that will transport you through the centuries. In a green environment, the Habitation du Simon is a real botanical walk highlighted by the blue of the sea.
The design of the House of Friends is designed in a colonial atmosphere, elegant and contemporary to combine tradition and comfort.

Located between François and Vauclin, in the heart of a sugarcane plantation, Habitation du Simon is a magnificent building built in the 18th century that still lives with the rhythm of the harvest and the rum factory.


The rooms
The coral room is a room for a couple, including a bed with columns 160 cm wide, air-conditioned.
The tropical room is a room for a couple including a bed with columns in 160 cm, air-conditioned.
The room ti Moun, for 4 children, includes 2 beds floor 90 cm wide, air-conditioned.

Sheltered from the wind, the pool and pool house are located at the back of the house in a charming walled tropical garden.
The pool area, with its two basins, is equipped with an outdoor shower, a covered dining room, a large solarium and a Weber barbecue.

The Peacock Suite (surcharge)
Located on the ground floor of the main building, the suite of the Paon is a majestic room of 40 m² and its bathroom.
The suite of the Peacock is equipped with a TV, a coffee tray, a king size bed (180 cm wide), a crib and air conditioning.
