This house is perfect for anyone visiting Rochester for business purposes or guests with family members receiving treatment at Mayo Clinic. Guests must climb four steps to get into the house. Once inside everything is located on one level.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire main level of this property. The house does have a lower-level apartment that is occupied. Those tenants enter via a separate entrance. At no time will the tenants enter the advertised STR.

We live in town and are available if needed. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help during your stay. For your convenience, there is a magnet on the fridge with our contact information.


CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS
The entrance to the home has a keypad. We will provide the code (4 digits) for the keypad on the day of your arrival. The keypad is located on the FRONT door. Type in the code and turn the deadbolt.

For guests arriving late, the keypad is lighted, and the flood light will turn on as you approach the door.

To lock as you come and go, press the logo on the keypad and turn the deadbolt to the lock position.

Once inside there is a welcome letter with the WIFI password and other instructions and other important information like when to take out the garbage bins.


PARKING
Free off-street parking is available just steps from the front door. When you arrive, pull in the driveway and park next to the newly poured concrete pad.


GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
The bins are located in the driveway.
Service is on Monday.
Bring the bins to the curb on Sunday night.


THERMOSTAT
The thermostat is in the hallway across from the bathroom. Leave the fan set to “ON” and try to keep the temperature between 68°-74° as it controls the temperature for both units. Do NOT turn it off at any time.


RULES
• Treat this home as you would your own.
• Maximum 3 guests only.
• Absolutely no unauthorized overnight guests.


CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
• Log out of any online accounts.
• Do the dishes.
• Set the thermostat to 72°.
• $100 minimum charge to mail any forgotten items.
• We will take care of everything else.


NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
This home is located on a commercially zoned street with only three other neighbors. The street is somewhat busy during the week 8:00am - 5:00pm, but quiets down in the evenings. The weekends are quiet as well.


GETTING AROUND
Located just three blocks from Broadway Avenue, the main thoroughfare through the city, getting around very easy. ​A vehicle is not necessary but may be desired.

Most major stores have two locations in town. It is likely you will find whatever you need in a 10-mile radius.

If you find yourself downtown with a vehicle, the parking ramps and meters are free after 6:00pm.

If you don’t have a vehicle, Rochester has both UBER and Lyft.
