Welcome to your villa! Our team will assist you upon arrival to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Please follow these steps:

1. Meet the Villa Staff
Our villa staff will welcome you at the villa and guide you through the check-in process.
2. Passport Registration
All guests are required to present their passports.
Our staff will take photos of the passports for temporary residence registration as required by local regulations.

3. Security Deposit
A refundable deposit is required at check-in:

USD 500 or
10,000,000 VND (cash)

This deposit covers any potential damages or extra charges during your stay.

4. Villa Introduction
Our staff will briefly introduce the villa facilities, equipment, and important information to help you enjoy your stay comfortably.

Before leaving, please follow these steps:

1. Confirm Check-out Time:
Please inform the villa staff of your check-out time in advance so they can arrange the inspection and refund process smoothly.

2. Villa Inspection:
Our staff will quickly check the villa condition upon your departure.

3. Deposit Refund:
If there are no damages or additional charges,
Your deposit will be fully refunded on the check-out day.

- Any damages or missing items may be deducted from the deposit.
