**We have three listings within the same property. Up to thirteen guests can book among the three listings. If this is something you would be interested in, please reach out via direct message to ensure proper coordination. ** Enjoy your mornings with a fresh brewed cup of coffee overlooking tranquil water while watching the deer roam. This two bedroom/one bath country home is nestled among towering pines and Florida palm trees with a waterfront view of the freshwater canal. Please note that the property is in the everglades and works off of a well that is filtered but may still appear to be off colored. This is still safe to drink but we have still included large water filters in every suite's fridge for additional filtration.

Tranquility

Very peaceful, full of Floridas natural beauty. We stayed here in celebration of our buddy’s military retirement. We had a very good time. House was very nice. We enjoyed fishing from the bank and sitting around the fire pit telling stories. We also enjoyed cooking out on the grill

Getaway

It was great that they allowed us to check in a couple hours early. The house was very clean, the area was quiet and beautiful and the beds were comfortable. My complaints is it is advertised as having a kitchen but the only thing it has is two burners. There is no oven and the microwave was very small. We had to eat out everyday because there was no where to cook. Also you can’t adjust the temperature of the house as it requires a passcode. The temperature was never below 76 degrees, so it is very warm even with all the fans. I also have concerns for the safety of the water, as it is yellow, so I recommend using nothing but bottled water during your stay here.

Loved it!

We loved our stay! We kayaked and walked around the property collecting insects. The owners were very quick with responses and super helpful. It was a perfect set up for our family.

Lovely duplex in country setting

Cool, clean and quiet - tile floor throughout with high ceilings, ceiling fans, large open tiled shower with shower curtain. Induction cooktop heats up food/water quickly. No problems with resident dog, Aticus. Highly recommend!

Peace and Quiet in Naples

The property is on a compound that is parallel to a canal. The house was nicely decorated and had everything needed to stay a week. A manual listed instructions to use the facilities; stove, TV etc. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed stay outside in a quiet, peaceful setting. Use the kayaks several times too.

Pleasant stay

Quiet getaway

This spacious villa was a great place to relax while still being close enough to beaches. We enjoyed a day at the beach one day on Marco Island which was a 50 min drive and Naples which was also about a 50 min drive. In the mornings and evenings we relaxed by the canal and watched birds and wildlife. It was a great contrast to the hustle and bustle of the beaches.

Quite neighborhood. very helpful owners

This is a place to come if want a quite experience and a place to rest and relax. The unit has two bedrooms, a bathroom (with a shower), a large living area and a small kitchen (equipped with a stove top, refrigerator and a microwave. The owners are very helpful (they live on site) with providing any help that you need. They also will advise where you can shop and eat in the area. We are happy with our stay.

Hidden Holiday

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Although, for some, being more than 15 minutes from the beach is a problem. Not for us lol that built in a nice nap time for our 8 month old. The property is very secure and well maintained. The owners are lovely people, who take pride in their homes and work and it shows. There is No Oven, just 2 stove top burners and a grill work just fine. We cooked breakfast, packed lunch, and had family over for dinner with a lovely bon fire and time to catch up. Lots to do right on property with kayaks, bikes, and room to roam. There is a shower, No Tub. They have a closet with beach gear for you to borrow and it's so easy to do laundry right there too. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Relaxing!

The place was very clean and organized. It had everything needed to spend a couple of days away from home. Even though it was a little far from the city and the beach the drive was quite easy and worthy because the place was very comfortable with 2 spacious bedroom and plenty of space.

Has Potential

To be clear, I chose Sunset Hide-a-Way South for the price and availability and the owners are very nice. Odette and Ricky are very thorough in their instructions and make it easy to find the location. The unit is clean, bedrooms are a good size, there is a washer/dryer in the living room and the dogs on the property are very friendly. I would advise reading the description carefully if you plan on cooking meals during your stay, as there is no oven, it has a very small kitchen and grocery stores are not conveniently located. The biggest issue we had was the lock on the air conditioning control. We could not sleep at night, as it was very warm in the unit and the control temperature was set way too high for us. We could not lower it without knowing a pass key number. I've never experienced a lock on any air conditioning unit before, and would suggest that it be made clear if a request can be made for lower temperatures.

Amazing place in a more rural area but still 30 mins to the beach!

We loved this vrbo! Perfect little quiet spot a way from the city. My son's and husband loved fishing late at night. The owners are absolutely wonderful.
