Seaside Tranquility! The mesmerizing Atlantic Ocean panorama is the perfect backdrop for your morning coffee and relaxing any time of the day. This home offers UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS from the living area and each of the four bedrooms. Everything is tasefully furnished. An upper level deck is the ideal spot to bask in the sun while a shaded deck on the main level offers a relaxing spot for soaking up the ocean breezes. Both decks overlook the pool and ocean. The pool area has a dining table, lounge and deck chairs. There is an outdoor hot and cold shower to wash off all the sand before enjoying the pool or entering the house. A propane grill is available for outdoor cooking. Newly remodeled bathrooms feature tile showers and tub. The upstairs bonus room with love seat and game table provide an additional hangout space. A large family dining table and an adjacent bar offer numerous eating arrangements The well equipped kitchen has all you need for cooking and entertaining. All house Wifi is provided and includes the pool area. The HDTV flat screen TV in the living room provides standard cable, local channels, sports, and a free Netflix account. All bedrooms have HD smart TVā€™s (non cable) and include a free Netflix account.

Family friendly Holden Beach is known for its beauty and relaxing lifestyle. Our home is located on the quiet, less populated east end of the island. Pelicans fly by frequently and dolphins play in the ocean just offshore. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from this georgous south facing beach. Swimming, surf and boogie boarding, fishing, and searching for perfect sea shells are only steps away from the front yard. Public Beach access is just across a lightly traveled service road.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

This house was perfect for our family of five and we really came to feel like it was a home away from home. We also loved the location and easy access to the beach. Third Stay at Seaside Tranquilty!

This is our third year staying in this home and we will absolutely be back! The house is perfectly situated, incredibly clean and well cared for, unbelievably organized, and the owner could not be better to deal with. Highly recommend.

I've reviewed the property for prior stays, and I can continue to say that this is one of the best properties on Holden! Beautiful house, spotless and perfect on arrival, a gorgeous pool, and beach access as close as you can get. Add in an incredibly communicative and kind owner, and you have quite the special property! Don't pass this one up if there's availability!

When we are not enjoying our Holden Beach, NC home, we live in Southern California. Though West Coast beaches are certainly beautiful, the NC coast has an inescapable magnetism for us. We grew up and raised our children in North Carolina, spending time at a family beach house near Wilmington, NC until it was sold as part of an estate. Now with our own beach house in Holden Beach, weā€™re sharing wonderful times again with our children and grandchildren. Our family spends time here during all four seasons and just adores it. Weā€™ve furnished and outfitted it for maximum family enjoyment and are excited to share it with you and your family and friends as well.

We love Holden Beach! In our opinion, itā€™s best and most unique feature is that as a south-facing beach we get to enjoy both sunrise and sunset over the Atlantic Ocean. We also love that it is a quiet family beach and not over-developed. From inside our house you can look out at the ocean and feel like you are completely alone. Being halfway between Wilmington, NC, and Myrtle Beach, SC, means weā€™re less than an hour away, in either direction, from anything we could want ā€“ golf courses, amusement parks, up-scale shopping, entertainment and site seeing.

This home is perfect for our family. We were immediately taken in by the fact that almost every single room in the house has a gorgeous unobstructed ocean view. The open floor plan on the main level provides everything our family needs for bonding time. The house is large enough to provide plenty of options for everyone to also do their own thing, if they desire. The private pool offers a summertime pause from the sand and surf, a crucial feature for our youngest grandchildren. We love enjoying everything the relaxing beach ambiance has to offer in all four seasons. The main level and upper level decks are fantastic in warm weather, but you don't miss out on views from inside the house when the weather changes.
