Our 2 bedroom apartment at Ruppin 39 ticks almost every box for a holiday home.

Ruppin is a quiet street yet only minutes walk from Gordon Beach and the Promenade, Tel Aviv Marina, Ben Gurion Boulevard, Ben Yehuda Street and Dizengoff Street. The building itself also has well maintained grounds which is always nice to walk in to.

There is an elevator to the 3rd floor. Enter in the living room and you’ll notice a unique design with higher quality furniture, hardwood flooring and a warm feeling. There is comfortable seating and dining for up to 6 people. There isn’t a balcony however once the shutters are open, the living room is hit with plenty of natural sunshine. Both the living room and master bedroom also include cable tv. Although the kitchen is small we provide you with everything you need including full sets of crockery and utensils. The master bedroom has a large queen size bed, plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom including bathtub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, more storage and is located next to the family bathroom with another private shower, washing machine & dryer. The apartment includes excellent Wi-Fi connection and can be heated or cooled with a central unit which is always the most efficient for Tel Aviv.
