The living room features a brand new (as of March 2018) queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. With upscale mattresses, linens, new LG washer & dryer, high-speed internet, flat-screen smart TVs and other amenities, this unit will give you that "at home" feeling. It will almost make you want to stay indoors. But its location in the heart of Baytowne Village with the shopping, restaurants, kids arcade and playground, nightly events and night life just a short walk away will beckon you outward.

Of course the pool and the workout facilities are even closer ... as a stones throw from your balcony will place you poolside for that quick dip, or that not-so-short walk on the treadmill. The white sands and the azure warm waters of the world's most beautiful beaches are just a short 5-minute drive away. You can even go salt or fresh water fishing off the nearby pier or several lakes; also within easy walking distance.
