Beautiful new 6BR, 4 Baths. Sleeps up to 20. HEATED pool, new dock and boathouse extending 125 feet into the lagoon. Just one block to the Gulf. Spacious living area can handle large groups . Large kitchen with quartz countertops stainless appliances . Two huge outdoor decks overlook pool, watch your kids swim while viewing the lagoon. The pool temp is set a 84 degrees in fall and spring. Master king bedrooms up and down stairs. Close to town, walk to Hangout. Bedrooms include the 2 kings, one queen, two with double beds, a bunk room. Picnic area by pool with grill and large dining table. Lovely sunsets from your dock. Dock has water, electric, benches, fish station, we have a dusk to dawn light on the water to attract fish......Close to town walk to Hangout. Walk to Waves convenience store and Beach House restaurant Best house on West Lagoon. We provide beach chairs and a beach dolly. HD TVs in every room, wifi, cable, washer dryer. I have a7 night minimum in summer, typically 5 nights in spring and fall and 3 in winter, but, depending on the situation I can be flexible with minimum stays, just check with me

Perfect combination of lake life and beach life

This house was exactly what we were looking for. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very versatile for our familyā€™s needs - lots of options for both adults and children. The location is perfect! Owner was very responsive. Sunsets on the dock were magical! Dock was very convenient for our boat. Beach is less than 10 minute walk and house has all accessories you could possibly need. Would definitely book again.

Great stay!

Perfect place to gather family from five different states for reunion. Loved the easy beach access several blocks from house. Fished from the dock and splashed in the pool daily.

House was very clean. Everyone loved the dock where they spent time fishing. Easy walk to beach and to local pizza place. Pool was also a big hit with the kids. Would stay here again when we come back to gulf shores.

Family Trip

This was the first time our family went on a trip together. 10 adults, 2 teens and one 19 month old. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property was very nice, great views and location. The weather was a bit chilly and we couldnā€™t take advantage of the pool, lagoon or ocean. But we all want to come back when the weather is warmer. Our host was very responsive on any questions we had. I would recommend this property 100%.

Amazing family getaway for Thanksgiving

We chose the house based on size and location. Our group was 4 generations from age 4-89. The bedrooms are a good size, with plenty of bedding options. Nice to have multiple TVs, since we didnā€™t always want to watch the same shows. The kitchen is well equipped making meal prep very easy. But be sure to eat some meals out at the local restaurants! We spent a lot of time out on the deck. And the fishermen in the group enjoyed the dock. The

Great family stay

The house was perfect. We were able to swim when the gulf wasn't good or for night swims. Plenty of space for all of us. The guys enjoyed the fishing time on the dock.

Family vacation 2024

There were 14 in our group, the house was a perfect size for us. We were very comfortable. The pool was a big hit for our children and grand children. We cooked many meals at the house and there is plenty of dishes and cooking materials. We needed to get salt and pepper, garbage bags and detergent but there is convenient shopping near by. When we had a question the owner Bob was very quick to answer.

Great for a large group

A perfect rental for our family. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids, even on cool and windy days. The beach is an easy walk and the beach cart made it even easier. Lots of space in the house and even more outdoor space on balconies and under the unit. Kitchen well equipped to make meals for a group but close enough to everything if you want to go out. Overall an excellent stay.

Girls Weekend

This is a wonderful property. We had 10 guests and we had more than enough room! The house was extremely clean, comfortable beds and the heated pool was a great bonus! Would definitely stay here again! Great location as well.

Great Location with pool and lots of room

My family comes to the beach every year in October. This year there was 19 of us. This house fit what we needed. We had a difficulty with the washing machine, but it didn't hinder our trip. Things tear up, but the communication with Bob got us another as soon as he could. Lisa, the house manager, brought us more towels until it could be replaced. The house had a private pool that we loved! It had a fishing pier with lights and a cleaning station (not that we caught any). We did try though. The house is spread out so that we weren't crowded. The two balconies were used by our group. I loved the outside balcony on the main floor. I slept out there early one morning. I had woke up earlier than everyone else and went outside and fell asleep on the wrap around furniture. The kitchen was nice, but the cookware, needs replacing. We brought a blackstone with us and did most of our meals at the house. The beds are very firm, just so you know. I had a little difficulty sleeping the first two nights, but nobody else did. After that I had no problems sleeping. We really had a great time here and it was close enough to walk to the shrimp festival. There was enough parking for all of our vehicles too. We have had problems with that in the past. We had 7 vehicles in our group. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great place to stay!

We had a great trip. Stayed there with 6 couples and 11 kids and it was the perfect size. Pool was great to have at the house, not too far to walk to the beach, and great fishing at the dock! There was some glass by the pool and pool looked slightly dirty. Although I let Bob know and the pool guy came the next day to clean! The cleaning person was not done at 3 although she did let us in the house at check in time. The kitchen was lacking some things for the size of the house. A great stay and would definitely do it again. Bob was great at communication and fixed the problems we communicated. Recommend for families!

Gulf Shores Vacation

Checking in was very simple. I was given the code via email. I got there about 15 minutes after check in and started unloading my luggage. Instantly I was noticing the many gnats all over the place. The floors were dirty and within 15 minutes my feet were completely black from how gross the floor was. The kitchen table was sticky. I messaged the owner and said it was dirty. He responded and said he would send someone over. The more I was walking around I noticed how the bathroom showers were looking rough and every single vent had black mold coming onto the ceiling. About 30-45 minutes the maintenance guy knocked on the door and came in. I showed him around and mentioned the ceilings. He said that he already had a conversation with the owner regarding that and recommended him having the AC cleaned. Another 20 minutes lady the cleaning lady knocked on the door. She was very nice and came in and cleaned. I also mentioned the ceiling black mold and said that she told the owner that morning. I would have not stayed knowing there is mold all over the place. By the end of the stay my eyes were swollen and sinuses were horrible. The house was also not stocked with toilet paper. We were completely out by Friday night and had to go to the store Saturday morning. This house would be perfect if it was maintained a little better. The location were perfect and the views were fantastic.

Best of Both Worlds

Being on Little Lagoon and being an easy walk to the Gulf makes everyone happy. Our family (ages two to seventy-two) has many different preferencesā€”making sand castles, swimming, fishing, relaxing on the porch, etc. and this home checks all the boxes. And the home is large enough with the six bedrooms to give everyone their space. Everyone was happy and we are planning a return stay next year.

This. Property is close to beach only thing i have to say is needs new kitchen skillets and beach cart. Both outside faucets did not have handles. And the kayak had a hole in it. Other than that had a wonderful stay. Thank you. For a wonderful week

Great family vacation!

Our family travelled to Gulf Shores for spring breakā€¦first time in Gulf Shores. We loved having the house with all the amenities!!! The pool, waterfront with dock for fishing and proximity to ocean were outstanding! We give ā€œexperiencesā€ to our 5 children and their families for Christmas and this trip was over the top! Having a bedroom for each family was ideal!! Beds were very comfy. Bob answered all our questions promptly! Great to work with. We would definitely stay there again!! We booked our fishing trip through ā€œStressed Out Chartersā€. Loved it!!

Beautiful house and location! Our family of 11 fit very nicely with plenty of room for teenagers, and older family members to have room to spread out. Porch overlooking lagoon was perfect! Definitely would like to stay again!
