Discover stylish living in our modern home at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in Asheville. Surrounded by nature, enjoy sightings of turkeys, relax on the screened-in porch, or indulge in in-home services like a mobile massage or private chef.

Our contemporary house features large windows, a hot tub, and eco-friendly amenities, including 28 solar panels and an EV charger in your private garage. It’s conveniently located a short drive from downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Biltmore House.

The well-appointed kitchen, designed by Barbara, a former international chef, is perfect for culinary adventures and includes complimentary coffee, tea, and fresh fruit.

Upstairs, three modern bedrooms offer a cozy master with a reading nook and two others with stunning mountain views. The loft has a sofa bed and desk area.

We created this retreat for your enjoyment in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, ensuring your privacy while being just across the street for assistance. A Ring Doorbell and Camera provide added security, prioritizing your comfort and safety.

Perfect stay in Asheville! The home had absolutely everything we needed and more! The house is as described with beautiful view into trees and birdlife. Everything is very clean and all that one could potentially need is available. Also the location is great for Ashville and mountain trips.

If we could give them 10 stars we would! Jim & Barb have literally thought of everything. Every detail of their home is well thought out with the traveler in mind. The views are stunning, the inside and outside of the home are meticulously planned and curated for not just travelers to enjoy, but animals in nature as well. Their app is so helpful in helping plan your stay while enjoying some adventures along the way. Jim & Barb were extremely communicative and honestly the best hosts I’ve ever had. We will absolutely be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The hosts could not have thought of another thing that might be needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The space was beautifully maintained, with cozy furnishings and great natural light that made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived.The location was perfect: close enough to downtown Asheville, restaurants, and breweries, yet quiet and peaceful at night. We especially appreciated how easy it was to explore nearby hiking, scenic drives, and local attractions, then come back and unwind in such a comfortable setting.The host was responsive, professional, and proactive, making check-in and communication completely seamless. Little touches throughout the home showed genuine care for our comfort.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Asheville—whether for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. A wonderful experience all around!

Our stay was excellent. Jim and Barbra were the most kind amazing host. They went above and beyond to help us out of a situation we encountered. The house was spotless. Amazing Asheville StayWe loved our stay at this beautiful property! The home had everything we needed and so much more - It is by far the best stocked rental I have ever stayed in. The surrounding property is just gorgeous, and we loved getting to watch the birds every morning. The host had though about everything a visitor could possibly need. The kitchen was eell-equioped with utensils, spices, and condiments. Even food storage sheds. Kids loved the hot tub and the bathrooms with Biden. Everything was exceptionally clean and well organized. We will certainly stay here again when we visit Asheville

Beautiful property!

We stopped in Asheville for 2 nights on our way to South Carolina and this house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, very clean and lots of amenities. The kids loved the hot tub! Highly recommend staying here!

The home is extremely clean, has everything you could possibly need (seriously everything you could possibly think of!), and is very close to all Asheville attractions. The homeowners are very kind and offered great advice regarding restaurants, hikes, attractions, etc. The best part of the home is the Mountain View. The screened porch is where we spent our down time. The views are amazing! I look forward to returning!

The property was well maintained and very clean. It is obvious that the owners care about their guests and have taken the time to provide little extras to make everyone's stay great. We enjoyed sitting outside in the screened in area and loved watching all the birds at the bird feeders. The home is convenient to many attractions in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was absolutely stunning and perfect for our bachelorette party! The hosts went above and beyond to create the perfect mountain get away and provide everything you could possibly need! I have been using vacation rentals for at least 23 yrs. This house has set the bar very high for any future rentals. The communication was superb from instruction on check in, answering any questions and inside the house there was instruction for every detail. The beds were comfortable along with every feature of the house. We enjoyed the visit of a black bear outside on our 1st morning. Excellent!
