Welcome to the Sea Breeze!

Enjoy this water front beach house rental on the canal, just a short walk or golf cart ride away from the beach! Our home sleeps 7 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, two full baths, and a private covered deck facing the canal for you to relax on at the end of the day. Included with the home is free use of the owner's personal golf cart. The master bedroom has a connecting bath and a king size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a twin over full bunk bed. All the bedrooms and the living area have new HDTV flat screen tvs. Free Wifi, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ are included.

The kitchen includes all the conveniences of home with a new stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, full-sized dishwasher, built in microwave and oven, a center island cook top, wrap-around bar area with 4 stools, and a dining room table with chairs. Full laundry with side by side washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

We rent our home during peak season from Saturday to Saturday. If you need a shorter vacation stay please contact me to discuss further details. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

Oceanside Village is a private, gated community with 24 hour security located in Surfside Beach, between Myrtle Beach and Garden City Beach. It houses an indoor and outdoor pool with a splash park for kids, lighted tennis courts and basketball court, and a park area with equipment for the little ones. Just a short walk or golf cart ride finds you in the sand and surf next to one of the favorite dining spots, 'The Conch Cafe.' Private beachfront parking is available for community renters and residents. The village is only a few minutes drive North to Myrtle Beach and area attractions, or South to Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island for great seafood dining, night life, and specialty shops.

There is always something to do here with many outstanding golf courses, including Tupelo Bay across the street featuring a driving range, par 3 course, 18 hole 'Executive' course and miniature golf course. There are so many dining options (including Crabby Mikeā€™s all you can eat seafood buffet, Murrell's Inlet seafood, River City CafĆ© and Bubbas Fish Shack), shopping at 'Broadway at the Beach', and entertainment at The Palace Theatre, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theatre, Pirates Voyage and Medieval Times.

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE TO DRIVE THE GOLF CART. Free use of our golf car is a savings of over $350! Please note that we make every effort to make the golf cart, washer and dryer, and other amenities available to all guests. However, there may be times where an item or amenity is unavailable due to no fault of our own, and therefore cannot be guaranteed to be available.

Best location yet

This is our 3rd time staying in Oceanside Villages and this was by far the best one yet. The house was fantastic. It was clean and had all necessary amenities. The back covered porch overlooking the canal was by far the best part of the house. Everything was perfect!

First thing we noticed when we arrived is how clean and updated the property was. The bed is very comfortable we did only use the one bedroom. The location in OSV is not bad, closer to the west side but with the golf cart it makes trips to the beach quick and easy. With the supplied bedding and towels, it was great to not have to bringbour own. And the best part is tbe cleaning service takes care of them when you leave. 1st time we've had that in any property we've stayedbin besides a hotel. Check in and out is easy. Alway have a great time in OSV, so much to do and so close to all that the Costal Area has to offer.

The property was exactly as described, but the pictures don't do it justice! The pond out back was beautiful! My son loved seeing the turles, geese, and swan! Check in and out was super easy, and the golf cart was really nice and convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our 3rd year staying at the village. My family and I have vacationed at Myrtle every year for the past 30 years and if you have kids, nothing beats the village. It is a great price and great fun! The house was perfect for my family of 3 and my sister of 5. Will stay here again.
