Beautiful Condo

We had an awesome stay at the Casa Bonito condo , everything you would need with a bottle of wine , coffee pack for first Morning and milk thoughtfully left for us . Kleriston was kind enough to give us a quick ride to get groceries before closing :)which was nice to get out of the way . My only surprise is that there doesn’t appear to be a clear access down to the beach , where it should logically be is gated off by the Pearl club , therefore the only way is through the Westin hotel not always ideal . I would still rate 5 stars as was excellent in every other way and the roof top pool was great , with amazing views in every direction

Comfortable apartment, the beach is not nice and anyway as a guest you have no access to it at all.

It is a spacious and pleasant apartment with certain booby traps. Don’t ever lean on the dining room table, because it can tip over and cut your foot off.. You cannot use the beach ( one of the reasons I chose this location) only if you pretend to be the hotel guest, not my style, or you are willing to pay $50/ day per person at the resort club. Avoid going in or out of city in rush hour, because it can be a long 40 minutes and expensive trip. We stayed for two weeks and we didn’t have the apartment cleaned. I would expect at least once a week cleaning for the price we paid. I had to wonder if we stayed for a month, even than we could have it cleaned.only . This is not the best way to reward long staying guests. I also advise not to ask for their own airport pick up, it cost more than double than taxied, or 3 times of Uber

Luxurious Stay

If you want a quite, luxurious stay while visiting Panama this is it. We have stayed in two other rentals in Casa Bonita and this is by far the best so far. The view from this ocean front 19th floor condo is something to behold. Very nicely decorated and has all the amenities you will ever need for your stay. Close to the city and easy to navigate if you don't mind driving. If you prefer to let someone else do the driving we found Uber to be the best, yellow taxi's are also available just outside the security gate or you can arrange a ride through the Westin hotel. The Pearl Club spa and pool are simply gorgeous and well worth the extra money but the facilities within the complex are great as well. You have everything in the condo you will need to cook a nice meal or you can make a quick walk to the Westin where the dining selections are just what you would expect from any Westin hotel. But take the time to check out the restaurants in the city. World class. The check in was easy and the property manager was so accommodating. Melissa is a super host for a reason. Very knowledgable of Panama City and many other points of interest in Panama. Thanks for all your help Melissa!! We hated to leave but will definitely be booking this unit when we return. Hopefully soon.

Amazing and breathtaking

We traveled from sept 11-25. Stayed at the beautiful Casa Bonita 19th floor Amazing view, beautiful condo with amenities. Fully furnished too. Melissa is a wonderful host. We had quit a few laughs. She’s available when you need her to reach her. Location is great as well as it’s close to the cityand near by stores. Also just across you have the Westin Hotel which you can access by a short walk. You have the restaurant at your convenience (breakfast, lunch and super), either a la carte or buffet. Delicious variation. You also have the ice cream shop beside it. Overall great place to stay and explore Thank you for a wonderful vacation!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Great location, Terrific Pool Club-the Perfect Rental Property and so close to downtown Panama City

We were a family of four, 2 adults and 2 adult children. Panama City is a big city and we wanted to be in or near Panama City and have a beach style vacation. This is not available in Panama City. This condo property is just 5-7 KM out of the city (2.5 miles as the crow flies) and is a wonderful condo tower adjacent to the Westin Bonita Hotel. The Casa Bonita tower has a private pool club associated with it, the Pearl Club and this is a wonderful pool club setting adjacent to the beach. The Club has a workout club, interior and exterior seating, a game room, poolside seating with canopy, kayaks, and a bar/lunch area and a spa for those who desire treatments. We enjoyed the Pearl club and found no need to invade over at the Westin Pools, as they were not as private and relaxing as THE PEARL CLUB. Some condos in this building have a membership at the club, and for those without the membership, the fee is a small $100 fee per week for 4 people. Very inexpensive for the value. There is a pool on the roof which we did not use, a game room, and a workout athletic room on the upper floor of the tower. Ina addition there is a barbecue area ( a $45 fee applies ) however we did not partake in the use of this. Views from the roof are wonderful. The condo itself was very pleasant, had cable and wifi. The kitchen area was very acceptable, the common living room comfortable, the master bed and bath quite large and comfortable, the twin bedroom adequate and comfortable and a very nice outside deck area with a small table and chairs and a small couch for two. As we wanted the nightlife and restaurants of the city and the old town charm (as well as the new city area) we rented a car to go in and out of Panama City. Traffic can be heavy at times going in and out of the city as the Bridge of Americas needs to be crossed and feed in roads to the bridge are mediocre at best. There are plans for the road systems to be improved and for a new bridge in the future. You can also uber in if you want as we did on two nights as parking where we were going was uncertain to us at the time. Many of the restaurants in the new city area all have Valet parking but some of the areas in the old city did not. We are a late dining family and once we understood the traffic situation, we worked around it., and as a late dining family we did not encounter big traffic. There is an American style grocery store about 15 minutes away. This condo, the location is highly recommended by me.
