We are a few hundred feet from the famous Rockland House, The Courtyard, The Roscoe Beer Brewery and the Twin Village Golf Course. It's the perfect getaway location with all that Roscoe has to offer NEARBY.
We have some of the best trout fishing holes on the East Coast.
Get out and explore or stay home and sit around and relax by the fire.
House has 2 bedrooms on top floor and one bedroom on first floor.
Living room has fold out couch if needed.
WIFI and cable TV is on site.
All beds are furnished with memory foam mattresses for your comfort.
Fold out couch has a standard mattress.
Responsible hunters are welcome

Quite location and easy access to Brewery

Simple cabin for a nice Catskills stay. Very quite location even thou you are just around the corner for The Rockland House and The Brewery.

Nice Place

The place is very basic, with extremely comfortable beds. We didn't need much in the way of amenities and this place suited us just fine since we were out all day. John was extremely easy to work with and communicated quickly. The fire pit is a great feature (though you will need to bring your own wood). If you need something simple with no frills, this is it. Worked quite well for us.

Great Stay!

Had a great time in Roscoe. We were up & out around 9am this morning. A few notes... - Both keys in lockbox - Didn't see a trash can, so we left trash bag in mud room (had some pizza & leftovers that we didn't want to stink up the kitchen) - Stripped beds & left sheets on the floor - Bath faucet defuser "popped" off. Didn't have a wrench to screw it back on, so left on the sink. - Back porch floor is failing right before the steps. We tried our best to stay off it. Thanks again for letting us stay there. Brian

That was a nice mini vacation

The house was nice, cleane and cozy. We were home. The house includes everything we needed. The owner was very supportive and was able to help right away and solve the issue that we had, even it was a memorial day weekend. Next to the house we had a brewery and enjoyed the bear. They had a live bend on the weekend so we could hear and enjoy the music. We will definatelly come back there again.
