Incredible property! Beautiful, clean, spacious, well-stocked and amazing access and views of the beach. The screened porch was one of the best parts. The house was cozy and very home like. It was truly a dream house and at the top of our list to go back to when we return to Folly Beach.

Property was excellent but had no beach chairs and beach towels. This was a surprise. You could rent but the cost was high for good quality. Other than that it was an excellent experience and property

I had 2 set of parents, kids , friends and me and my wife . Everyone had the best week ever ! Love folly, love the house , love the vibe .. . The staff, rental company was over the top . Awesome, awesome. I wish I could go back tomorrow, but had to go back to work.. Just do it . ! Loved it .Thanks guys Brandon

Super spacious, clean and well stocked home. We spent lots of time on the screened porch enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. Folly holds a special place for us and this was the perfect way to revisit and celebrate.

Wonderful view at Beachzilla

The access to the beach , watching the sunrise from bed and overall layout of house made this a winner. Our second time to stay here and we will be back

Comfortable home, wonderful beachfront location!

Gorgeous views, nice layout, attractive and comfortable decor! Excellent response to a couple small maintenance items from owner! Would definitely stay again!

Beach Birthday

Three generations celebrated a wonderful stay in Folly Beach. The house is so comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We had a grand time!!!

Luxury on the beach

This property is amazing! Spacious, welcoming, functional and very clean and well maintained. Kitchen is any cook’s idea of a first class space.

Gorgeous home with everything you would need. However it was advertised as having an elevator but one week prior to arriving they indicated it was not operational and then they said they could not repair it. We really needed the elevator and it was a huge inconvenience to us. If they are not willing for guests to have access to the elevator then they need to remove it from the listing

Great family stay

This was an ideal house for our family of adult children. We loved the screened in porch, the open space interior, and all the kitchen amenities. And the beach, right there. So beautiful. Property management was excellent in responding very quickly to an issue we were having with electricity. . Highly recommend.

Perfect family vacation spot for true rest and relaxation.

This house is perfect for all ages. The screened back porch was perfect for my 18 month old granddaughter. She was safe from harm and enjoyed watching people and the birds. The beach access was worth every penny so we could go in and out with the baby without packing up a ton of stuff. Everyone enjoyed walking out to sit on the beach whenever they wanted to. This house was perfect for us.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better location for a girls’ beach weekend. The house is well appointed and fully stocked with anything you might need. The ice maker in the kitchen pantry was a huge bonus! The bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas are nicely decorated and seem to be recently updated. The kitchen is a bit tired, but is fully functional and does have everything you might need! Overall, we loved it and had a great stay!

Great family vacation

The beach is nice and wide in front of this property, not too busy either. There is a tide pool that you can swim and play in by the wave break when the tide is low. The mattresses in this property were very hard and quite uncomfortable, I would also recommend bringing your own pillow. We would definitely go back and stay at this same beach house again. Big enough for 2 families, 5 kids total.

Great Family Beach Home

Our family converged on Folly for a weeks vacation. The house was perfect. It had everything needed to support our group of 10. The kitchen was completely stocked- to include a nice shaker and picks for olives in the martinis! My husband fell in love with the ice maker. And having everything there for a dog was another amazing treat! We never felt like we were on top of each other and really it was the perfect spot. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

As close as you can be to the ocean

House is in great shape except carpet in one bedroom was very soiled. The entire house is updated except for the kitchen and the stained carpet. The bed in the master was fantastic. Great beachside porch. The property managers were very helpful. Pet friendly, elevator and a separate ice maker.
