While all units are considered Ocean View or Oceanfront, lower floor Ocean View units may have an obstructed view. We cannot guarantee the level of view, Marriott assigns villas upon arrival, and we have no control over room location. The floor level cannot be guaranteed, we can make a reqeust, but they are assigned upon check-in.
