Accessible via a quaint bridge, it enjoys a separate entrance from the main house. Ideally located, it’s just a 5-minute drive to the luxurious Rancho Valencia resort and The Farms Golf Club. The beaches of Del Mar and Solana Beach are 15 minutes away, with Torrey Pines Beach reachable in 20 minutes.

First Floor: The open-plan lounge features two large sofas, coffee tables, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning garden views. A galley kitchen is fully equipped with a two-ring stovetop, large fridge/freezer, smart oven, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. French doors open onto a private shaded roof terrace with outdoor dining and seating, overlooking the lush gardens.

Ground Floor: The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and ensuite with a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, ensuite with a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet, plus a built-in wardrobe with extra drawers. A laundry room with a washer and dryer completes the space. Both bedrooms have french doors opening onto a covered patio with additional seating, sun lounger and private garden area.
