Shores Of Panama Unit 1316 in beautiful Panama City Beach. WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT OUR UNIT?
The entire Shores Of Panama resort is On the Beach. We have a double direct view of the beautiful emerald water from the living and main bedroom. It is on the 13th floor in the middle of the building so not too high up but low enough to see over entire pool and Beach for INCREDIBLE sunsets.
It is one of the NICEST units in The Shores of Panama. It has been professionally remodeled with beautiful furniture, fresh colors and original art. There is no carpet anywhere...all hard surface floors. DOUBLE balcony with master and living room majestic beach views.
NO fees Upon arrival! 1 parking pass and 6 armbands for our unit are allowed. If you have more than 1 vehicle there is paid city overflow parking down the street or fcfs limited extra parking in garage.
At Shores of Panama, you are just steps away from the sugar-white sands, with private beach access making it easy to enjoy the Gulf. Relax with a refreshing drink in the spectacular lagoon-style pool area. During the spring and summer months, a Tiki Bar is available, offering cocktails, bar-style food, and snow cones.
We have a NEW high capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. It will come in handy on week stays.
This unit comes with one FRONT reserved parking spot in the most convenient location on the 8th floor garage and is conveniently located close to the elevator. Elevators and stairs are only feet away from the entry to the room. We have a total of 3 condos very close to each other in the building for groups. Please inquire
Parking is on beach side with elevator close to unit, no long walking to your car.
The bunk room has a door, smart tv, and closet as well as private bath.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and is a large room with smart tv, full bath and closet. View is straight out to the gulf.
The living room has a sofa with a queen pull out with a memory foam mattress.
This is an artist's personal condo completely remodeled and furnished with upscale decor with comfort in mind. You have to visit with us at least once!! You will want to come back to The Shores of Panama often. Not your average rental condo!!
We are located on the 13th floor. Attention to detail is top priority to make your stay like home.
PLEASE NOTE
Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance. It is easy to obtain and available through multiple companies. Just google travel insurance.
Please note the stucco is being repaired on the building and there will be workers around the property with possible noise. Our balcony stucco is COMPLETE so there is no risk of closure or workers on our balcony and you have an unobstructed view.
The pool is approximately 18,000 sq. feet with 468 feet of gulf frontage. There is also an indoor heated pool and workout room.

Great place with an awesome view!

The condo was just as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were very clean. All the beds were very comfy! I will definitely be coming back here!

House was exactly as pictured. Tons of amenities in house, very thoughtful. Ice maker in freezer and an additional ice maker was so nice! Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of linens. My husband and I had everything we needed! There were multiple choices of coffee which was really nice! We just added a few groceries and we had it all. Definitely would stay again

Excellent views, great service, perfect size & location!

We were looking for a quick getaway and this was perfect for us! Stephanie was truly amazing and extremely responsive to my many questions. Loved the beach chairs and quick access to everything. It was exactly what we needed!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation at Shores of Panama in your condo 1316. The room was clean and furnished nicely. We did not need for anything. The view of the ocean and the pool was great. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book this unit again.

Absolutely wonderful!

This place is spectacular! Our view was beautiful, the condo was very clean, and Stephanie was always easy to reach. We enjoyed the pool as well as the beach since we were so close. I would recommend this condo to any & all who are looking for a place to stay! 🙂

Perfect Family Vacation Location

We stayed at this property for a quick family vacation (3 nights). The owner, Stephanie, was so accommodating, and she made sure we had all we needed. The Shores of Panama (building) is in a great location and in close proximity to just about everything. The building has been well- maintained, and the pool is especially nice! Not having to rent chairs at the beach was an added bonus. We will certainly be back!

Family vacay

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The view is exactly as pictured, and there is so much to do within walking distance. The parking was a little intimidating at first, (you have to park in a parking garage attached to the building). But once you figure it out, it's a piece of cake. Stephanie was great at communicating! I asked several questions at different times, and she always responded promptly. Would definitely love to stay here in the future!

Family Trip

The unit was a good size for 3 adults and 2 kids. The cleanliness lacked however in one regard....the master bedroom bathroom had allot of hair in the bathtub and upon pulling back the bed sheets, there was also hair in the bed. If it wasn't for that, the room would've been great. Going in and out of the garage takes a while being on a higher level, but the recommendation to park on level 12 vs 8 was perfect and super convenient! The size of the pool and how long it stays open was impressive. Being able to get right to the beach a few steps from pool was the best! We really loved that! The food and beverage offerings in the pool area were good and not overpriced. We walked right next door to Pineapple Willy's for dinner, which we enjoyed as well. Overall this was a good trip and we would return.

We will definitely stay in this cute condo next time we are in PCB!

This condo was just what we need for Spring Break with our two youngest children and the online description and pictures don't do it justice. With the master and master bath, plus the bunk room and another full bathroom, this was PERFECT and we had more than enough space! We said we could have easily allowed the kids to bring friends and utilized the comfy sofas in the living room, too. We'll know next time! From the large balcony, you have a perfect view of the beach and gulf, and of most of the property and overlooking the beautiful resort pool. You are convenient to grocery shopping, restaurants and right next door to the always fun Pineapple Willies. We lucked out with the weather and it was perfect, too. Stephanie was easy to reach and always responded quickly before and during the booking process, and while we were there. I'd definitely recommend this well appointed, clean and comfortable condo and we will surely save it in our favorites file for our next Spring Break adventure.

Fabulous view

Even though there was a fabulous view, there were several things inside and about the complex that gave us pause. 1) There was only ONE wine glass and NO corkscrew to be found (believe me, we looked!)! We had one bottle of wine with a screw cap, so we survived until the next day when we were able to run to Wally World (we left the two .96 wine glasses there, btw) 2) The spout on the coffee carafe is seriously chipped. 3) The parking garage is a nightmare. 4) The worst thing - the complex charges $25-$30 per unit per day for pool/beach access! What??!? If all you want is the beach and you're already paying a Premium for the condo, that is just wrong. Having to go next door to get to the beach is ridiculous. The pool and access to the beach should be included with the condo rental; it has been that way everywhere else we have ever stayed in the area, and we have been coming here for years. So glad our kids and grandkids weren't with us this time! Between this fee and the parking garage, we will NOT stay at Shores of Panama again.

Classy seaside condo UNIT 1316

Unit 1316: Great! • great view of pools and beach, big balcony • CLEAN, tastefully decorated, including colorful paintings by owner, quiet within unit • was wonderful to have a washer/dryer in unit • comfy furniture , multiple TVs with streaming services ( except bunk room), WiFi a plus ( although went out around the same time each night, requiring reset) •Great that the kids had their own bathroom • perfect size for 2 kids and 2 adults About the Shores at Panama itself: - ( issues NOT horrible, but some frustration): indoor pool open (but noisy mechanism in the room), but outdoor pools closed til halfway thru our stay...very cold! . 1 a.m. fire alarm one night, req evacuation. Had to move our car due to power washing the parking structure. Powersaws ( new flooring)on nearby balcony going on/off. We had to wait 20 min for concierge to come back to her desk for parking pass and wristbands. Wet, standing water in all hallways. Elevator speed was not awful, but inside missing buttons, could use a cleaning. + Beach access great, plenty of pool deck chairs and palm trees + location GREAT to nearby food, mini golf, and WALMART + friendly folks staying there + kids and adults enjoyed hot tub, especially because the weather was cloudy, foggy...cheered us up

We are original owners since 2007 and love our condos at Shores of Panama. Panama City Beach is our home away from home since the 1970's. We go every chance we get and have made some great family memories. It is the best resort in Panama City Beach!!!

Shores Of Panama is the most centrally located resort In Panama City Beach. We love the fact that there is access from Thomas Dr,, Front Beach Road and Middle Beach Rd. so it is easier to access everything PCB has to offer including ball fields. The resort is all Beach side including parking so no walkovers! The airport has transportation to our resort and the central location is perfect if you do not have a car.

One of the nicest units in Shores of Panama.. INCREDIBLE pool and gulf beach views from our huge balcony. Main BR and LR face the beach. Wake up to the sound and view of the waves!
FREE seasonal resort beach chairs and umbrella. Stainless appliances and FULL size NEW Washer and dryer. FRONT Reserved parking spot for 1 car included. Read our great reviews! Amazing all BEACH FRONT resort. We take every measure to make sure you have a beautiful space for your vacation. Our family owns 3 units in the same resort all close in proximity so please ask if you need multiple condos for groups.
Main BR king plus Bunk BR with full bath/tv/door. Wi-fi, smart tv's. Non smoking.
NO on site resort fees for reservations made after 4/20/25. this unit allows 6 bands and 1 parking pass. They offer a limited daily fcfs overflow on site or there is a pay city parking lot down the street for any extra vehicles.

There is stucco work being done on the building but Our balcony stucco is completed so there is no risk of closure or workers on our balcony.
-Fantastic location within 1 mile of Walmart, Pineapple Willy's, many restaurants, golf, go carts, arcades, museums, drug stores, beach stores and a zoo right down the street. If you are considering flying in our resort is very convenient if you do not have a car.
