Ocean view with beach vibe in Cardiff by the Sea

This is a 750 sq. ft. above garage apartment. It's modern, clean, and open. Great views of the sunsets over the ocean and beaches. Safe, quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. It is a 5-minute walk to the State Park Beach and surfing spots. We are conveniently located within 5-minute walk of restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores.
We are on-site owners available for questions, recommendations, and assistance. There is a private entrance on the side of the house with designated off-street parking. The designated spot is right in front of the entrance to your get-away. There is an aqua-colored stucco wall with the same color wood on the top.

We have beach toys and boogie boards for the kids. No children under 10 y.o. please, including infants, due to stairs, balconies, and breakable items.

This is not an event center. We want this to be your sanctuary and not shared with those you may be visiting in the area. You will be in a very quiet neighborhood to enjoy the sights and sounds of Cardiff by the Sea. We have a no-pets policy for the unit due to frequent guests' allergies.
