Very nice.

This rental was clean, comfortably furnished and in a very nice area of Yakima. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the host was accommodating. We intend to stay here again in the future when we need to stay in Yakima. Thank you, Monica!

Fantastic place with superb host

The house was great and clean just as seen in the website. The host Monica was fantastic. I call her our little angel in Yakima. She couldn't do enough to help. I recommend this house. If we are ever back in Yakima I have no doubt.that we would repeat accommodation

Amazing!! Exceeded expectations.

What a perfect getaway! Home was so wonderful, well furnished, comfortable. Kitchen is stocked and can actually be used to cook! Monica was extremely good about communication and checked in often. Neighborhood is nice and house is located at the end of a culdesac and very quiet. Close to downtown but quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to stay again!!

This property worked perfectly for our visit to Yakima. We were working onsite with a client in the area and this gave us great flexibility. It was clean, comfortable, and Monica was very accommodating.

Great experience

My husband and I are first time users of vrbo. We wanted a place to stay when we came to town to reconnect with my high school friend after 43 years. The process was very easy and the rental was exactly as advertised. The homeowner was very nice and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The whole trip was an awesome experience and we can't wait to use vrbo again. I highly recommend it.

Another Wonderful Stay!

This was our second time staying here. Monica is an absolute pleasure to work with. The home is immaculate and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were in town for a family wedding and our relatives booked the unit right next to ours which worked out perfectly. The playground at the school about a block away was great for our little one. Location was super with a grocery store, restaurants and Starbucks just a short walk. Looking forward to our next stay! Thank you Monica!

Worked exactly as the owner stated and it was great.

It was a nice place that worked perfect for working in Yakima for the week and when we needed to stay another day the owner was nice enough to get us a property down the street for another night.

This home was lovely!

Monica's home was beautiful, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and set-up perfectly for a family. She really made sure everything you could possibly need was available. We were in town for a wedding so the iron and ironing board really came in handy! The back patio was a nice spot for morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet with a park nearby that our 4-year-old loved, a grocery store and restaurants - all within easy walking distance. Monica was a perfect host, she checked-in to be sure we had everything we needed, left good suggestions and information for our stay, check-in was clearly explained prior to our arrival and we appreciated that there was not a huge list of "do's and dont's for guests. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Yakima. Thanks so much Monica, we appreciate your attention to detail and kindness!

Great space and host

The space is well designed and furnished! Very spacious and clean, even has a little back yard and a barbecue. Kitchen is well stocked. And the host was very responsive, gave us tips and lots of details, inquired on how we were doing and was very accommodating! Overall great experience and would highly recommend it!

Beautifully furnished and very clean!

We stayed here for the weekend before moving into a long-term rental. We were pleasantly surprised by the furnishing and finishes of this place. Monica was great to work with before and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend for a short or long term stay!

Excellent location for Medical school graduation

My siblings and I gathered for our brothers med school graduation and this house was perfect for the four of us. Clean, quiet and enough coffee provided by our hostess to keep us going. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
