"Rest Assured" is a cottage bordering on the Little Pigeon River. This lovely 2 Bedroom cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends and family while visiting The Great Smoky Mountains and surrounding areas.

Located in River Plantation, just 10 minutes from the parkway in Pigeon Forge, and 15 minutes from Gatlinburg, this unit offers paved roads all the way to the cabin with no mountain roads to traverse and would be considered motorcycle friendly only at the rider's discretion.

This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit that sleeps 4 is all one level. There are 17 steps to reach the main level, with parking underneath. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining for 4 and bar seating for 3, a living area with a gas fireplace, couch, loveseat, and a flat-screen TV. There are 2 Queen bedrooms. 1 Bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath with a jetted tub and a shower combo. The other bedroom has private access to the back deck and a flat-screen TV. There is an additional shared bath with a combination shower and bathtub. The washer and dryer is in the hallway by the bedrooms.

The back deck is screened in and offers patio furniture. There is also a nice view of the river, and this unit does have a large yard. There is also a picnic table and a charcoal grill.

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation spot that has beautiful river views, and is close and convenient to all the area attractions, "Rest Assured" is the perfect cottage getaway for you!

We have stayed in this neighborhood many times but this was the first time at Rest Assured. Cabin was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and be cozy. We loved our stay here and would recommend this cabin to anyone!. We didn't want to leave!

Overall it was good cleaning supplies were left out by cleaning people. Had to call several times about wi-fi not working. Several light bulbs were not working several small things that need to be addressed

The property is in an excellent neighborhood. Which we loved. Although the property needs.up.grading on beds especially. Ice maker and washer/dryer. Whomever cleans this property well needs toslow down. We had to wipe.down stuff. If they fixed this perfect property to rent.

Fall weekend getaway

The cabin is in a great location and stayed in the neighborhood before. The cabin is a perfect weekend rental. However it needs updating and a deep cleaning. After walking around in the cabin, the bottom of my feet were black. The dryer and ice maker doesn’t work. Each time we walked down the steps to leave, we felt like we would fall because of the instability. Huge stains in ceiling and floor. Update, replace a couple of appliances, update a few things and this would be a perfect home away from home.

Saying bye to Mom!

I really enjoyed our stay here. We loved that it was closer to everything and the free tickets for the events around us really helped a lot. If I had to change anything I would grab my daughter's boots when we left 😕 But I forgot them there. The bathtub jets were gross I'm sorry to say that and I found a few things that could have been cleaned a little bit better but all in all everything was pretty close to perfection. Oh my daughter says that the floor was too loud. You could hear when someone else was up for sure.

Peaceful location and close to parkway.

Bear Camp Cabins' staff were friendly and helpful. The house we rented was in a quiet neighborhood but close to the parkway. The house was nice, roomy, and clean. It also has a screened in back porch. Parking underneath the house, in the shade, was nice too on these hot sunny days. The house needs some minor repair, but nothing that would keep you from having a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

Location! Location!

Perfectly located! We were very busy and spent little time at the cabin, but it was ideal for our needs! We will definitely consider this cabin again for future trips to Pigeon Forge!

Overall a very nice place to stay

This place is very nice for a family to stay. We enjoyed the space. We enjoyed the screened in porch and would have enjoyed the outdoor area more if we had stayed longer. I liked having the river right there. Definitely nice to have a washer and dryer there if needed. It would have been nice to have at least one smart TV to be able to watch apps like Netflix, etc while we were there. Luckily it didn’t rain as much as it forecasted, and we were able to go out and do things. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, and I would stay here again.

Renter Beware

Dirty nasty floors, black mold on carpet inside and out, black mold on bathroom floor, toilets are hit or miss as far as normal functioning, hasn't been painted in 15 years so much so the holes that were mudded over on drywall now the screws are exposed everywhere. Dishwasher leaks out front when run, wood floor in kitchen is all snapped out of tongue and groove. Siding is completely blown off front off house. The deck to the front door is rotted. The washer is so old the whole house shakes on the spin cycle. Roaches in bedroom.

Relaxing Stay

The property was as pictured. I enjoyed being close to the attractions yet away from the hustle and bustle of the major highway. I especially enjoyed the screened in back porch!
