We just were able to get Spectrum Internet installed for all the work from home guest. We have a ton of reviews which is by far the most for any other cabin in South Carolina. Stay at our cabin and our Garden City Beach House. (vrbo #436735 ) Start booking now for the holiday season!!!! Just added new Flat screen LCD TV. Rustic cabin located on 100 acres of loblolly pines in historic Marion, South Carolina. If you are needing a private retreat with NO other cabins around, you have found true seclusion. We have created a mountain setting only 50 miles from the vacation capital of the southeast, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

The cabin is sitting high above a pond with charming rustic touches throughout. Walking trails around and through the property gives you plenty of opportunity to see deer, turkey and a variety of birds. In the morning, grab yourself a warm cup of coffee and sit on our screen porch overlooking the pond and let your worries melt away. The six person hot tub is sure to relieve any stress that day to day work environment has created.

If you would like to get out and see the historic towns of Marion and Mullins there is plenty of antique shops and eateries to keep you busy. How about taking a slow paced canoe ride down the Little Pee Dee River only 10 minutes away.

No refunds if you cancel inside of 30 days of arrival. Outside of 30-60 days refund based on me getting those dates picked up by another renter. I would suggest you buy travel insurance to protect your rental payment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and serene cabin. The pictures do not do it justice. The charm and coziness of this lovely place that is tucked away in your own little escape to nature will make you never want to leave. From the beautiful back deck with a hot tub, the screened in front porch with a porch swing, and the individual swings on the lower part that overlook the pond, you won’t be able to decide where to relax and take in the views first. I definitely recommend booking this amazing stay.

The place was perfectly maintained. Everything was well thought out and worked as it should. The waterfall/pond was really a cool feature. We enjoyed the quietness of being on so much land. Would 100% recommend and will stay again in the future. The host was responsive and accommodating.

The cabin was spotless—pictures don’t do this rental justice! This two-bedroom, one-bath cabin sits on a beautiful hundred-acre property, and it’s the perfect spot for a short or extended getaway to relax and unwind. We loved the peace and quiet while soaking in the hot tub. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Our plans for Christmas changed at the last minute so my wife and I were looking for a last minute vacation rental and came across this gem! Rodney the host was great to communicate with and property was even better than described in the listing. We had the best time sitting by the fire, exploring the grounds, hanging in the hot tub and just spending time together, The outdoor kitchen with a Green Egg and a flat top griddle is a great touch too.The property and the cabin are both very well maintained. I had mentioned to Rodney before we arrived we were planning on using the fireplace, and not only was there a bundle off wood on the mantle when we got there, he had loaded a few logs in the fireplace and had it ready for us on arrival.This was the best little getaway we’ve had for quite some time. Thank you Rodney! We will definitely be back!!!

Our stay at Rodney’s cabin was just what we needed... Some time alone on 100 acres. Other than the peaceful sound of the waterfall trickling to the pond, Mother Nature and animals can only be heard. The cabin is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay as you reconnect with one another and the great outdoors. Bring whatever flavors you like and learn to cook together on a Big Green Egg that Rodney has built into his outdoor kitchen!! We relaxed in the hot tub each night and can’t wait to go back!

Loved our getaway

Dreamy location nestled in the woods. Just far enough off the beaten path to feel like an escape, close enough to stores if you need. Immaculately appointed with ample porch space to take in the woods and scenery. Just the right size for the three of us plus doggo. Owner was very responsive to communication and takes obvious pride in his property.

Hello, my name is Rodney Rogers. I am married to my lovely wife Christie. We have 2 wonderful sons Justin and Jamison. We own Pee Dee Fire & Safety Inc. We both graduated from Francis Marion University in Florence SC where I also played baseball. I was born and raised here and love the weather and slower pace of life. I have been in the service business for the last 15 years and know the importance of taking care of my clients. We go above and beyond what our clients expectations are and from comments from our guest they really enjoy visiting at Hideaway Haven. Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

This land has been in the Rogers family for over 60 years. It was once a working farm with the main crop being tobacco. It joins my moms 100 acres and I bought it from my aunt and uncle in 2004. Large tracts of land are hard to come by now so I am very pleased to have bought it. for families that want to be near the beach but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, this is paradise. Only one cabin on the 100 acres, so you have all the privacy you could want. Lots of wildlife and nature to clear your mind.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The cabin is built overlooking a 1/2 acre pond with bass and bream. The cabin is made up of mostly pine wood from the trees off of the property. Lots of handmade items such as the spirial staircase. Kitchen sink was used on the farm at one point. We made a 20 foot waterfall that gives you that feeling of being in the mountains beside a flowing creek. You are one with nature and yet are only 15 minutes from super-walmart!!
