Sit around the bistro table or relax on the Adirondack chairs in your private beautifully landscaped courtyard. This two-story house has been stylishly renovated and features a spacious living area and a kitchen with all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. Laminate flooring throughout including in bedrooms. Three bedrooms upstairs with 2 comfortable queen beds, and one comfy full size bed. Bedrooms now have room darkening curtains, not pictured in listing. A spacious full bathroom upstairs with dual sinks and tub/shower combo. Half bath downstairs. Convenient well-lit parking on side of home. Our guests also get use of the Charleston County Gold Pass which gives them admission to numerous Charleston County parks. Free entry with pass to James Island County Park Christmas Lights Festival! Go to the beach as often as you like. Parking is free with pass at the Isle of Palms County Park. Extras provided include beach towels and chairs, baby beach tent, stroller, baby gate, and rain umbrellas. Dining area off of kitchen. Washer/dryer. Ring Doorbell Security Camera on front exterior of home. Electric fireplace is inoperable due to safety reasons.

The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is set off the main thoroughfare. In walking distance are Trader Joe's, Aldi's, Whole Foods, Walgreens, and Shem Creek. There's a great Thai restaurant just a the corner.

Host reserves the right to request copy of valid govt-issued ID and signed Rental Agreement from Guest within 48 hours of booking. The Rental Agreement will be sent to Guest in a separate email once booking request has been confirmed.

Picturesque Shem Creek bars and restaurants, Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park, Cooper River Bridge, and Patriot’s Point Yorktown are within 1-2 miles distance.

To Isle of Palms it's a 16 minute drive. To Sullivan's Island, which is straight up Coleman Blvd. from the neighborhood, it's 12 minutes. Both are public beaches.

20 minutes to Charleston International Airport.

Water Taxi (From Patriots Point to Aquarium or Waterfront Park downtown). House Rules
1) No pets.
2) No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches, decks, or yard. A $200/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check-out.
3) No cooking seafood inside as it leaves an odor.
4) No parties or events. We ask that all guests are respectful of our neighbors and friends. No parties or large gatherings are permitted or entire security deposit will be forfeited.
5) No bachelor/bachelorette gatherings of any sort.
6) We provide a few beach towels in the laundry closet. No sandy beach towels in washing machine please.
7) Electric fireplace is inoperable for safety reasons. Please do not try to use.
8) Only park on right side of townhouse half way on gravel and half on alley. Do not park on back end of gravel near back alley so as to prevent cars coming around the corner from hitting your vehicle. Do not park on grass or under trees behind the townhouse.
9) No subletting allowed.
10) No unregistered guests allowed.
11) If Charleston County Parks membership card is lost, guest will be charged $25 for replacement.

Our family of five (with three young kiddos) very much enjoyed this home. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious enough to spread out, and in an ideal location in the heart of Mt. Pleasant with easy access to both Charleston, Daniel Island, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms.The owners are incredibly thoughtful and responsive and did a phenomenal job making us feel welcome and at home for an extended stay. Fantastic option for anyone visiting or vacationing near Charleston!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhome! It was lovely, truly felt like home and had ALL the amenities you could think of! Michelle is extremely communicative and very responsive even when I had a simple question while staying there. She was so helpful and attentive. We had a fantastic stay in this property. The location is superb, super convenient to downtown Charleston without staying in the city, easy drive to local beaches, good proximity to shopping, great accessibility to grocery and necessities, super close to everything Shem Creek. The home was wonderfully stocked, everything you could wish for on vacation. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms lovely, everything clean, cute backyard, quiet neighborhood, designated parking. This is a perfect spot and a really great property. Michelle is incredibly responsive. We had a couple minor issues and they were handled immediately. Host was gracious and very helpful. I have no reservations recommending this place wholeheartedly!!!

Ideal Location Between Charm and Coast

This spot was perfect for exploring both Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston. A quick drive over the Ravenel Bridge to histocia Charleston for sightseeing, shopping and dining. We also took day trips to Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms - beautiful beaches and great local restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful, with nearby grocery stores and walking distance to Shem Creek. We couldn't have asked for a better location.

Great place and location

Stay here with a buddy for the weekend to attend a few concerts. The place was exactly what was in the pictures. Close proximity to all amenities. Will stay here again when I come back.

What a beautiful lil house, close to the city, and perfectly accommodating for my family of five. The beds were comfy, the living room was comfy and enough space for the five of us to relax after long days of exploring. We were all able to enjoy breakfast around the table. Wonderful Home!

In Mt Pleasant for a wedding and found this cute townhouse. Beds were so comfortable, very nice linens & pillows. Well stocked kitchen- I loved that there were all the condiments, spices, paper plates , cups. Etc. My grandchildren had a safe little yard to play in- perfection all around!

Perfect Charleston/Mount Pleasant Getaway

This property was comfortable for five to six guests as well as very clean and convenient to all tourist attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. It was an easy short drive to the City of Charleston Historical area for shopping and dining at local restaurants. And it was also a short drive to Sullivan’s Island and a pleasant but slightly longer drive to Magnolia Plantations & Gardens in Charleston. Michelle, the property manager, made check-in and check-out easy, provided basic household supplies for our four-night stay as well as local tourist attraction information for the Charleston/Mount Pleasant area. My husband, college friends, and I would definitely stay at this wonderful accommodation again in the future. Thank you for a great getaway!

Perfect Place

This townhouse was just what we needed for our long weekend in Charleston. It is comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed our afternoons in the shady backyard for happy hour 🍻. This property is a great location for visiting the city and Mt Pleasant. So close to Shem Creek and Patriot’s Point. We loved it.

Great location and amenities

The place is in the perfect little spot to get around Mount Pleasant and grab groceries, to get to Sullivans island for the beach and even supplies beach chairs which is super nice, and easy to get into Charleston. They had all the little things a little group would need for the week as well like coffee, hair blow dryer and even bandaids
