Check in anytime after 4 pm with self check-in and walk into an entire 5-bedroom house that's all yours. No shared spaces. Make coffee in a fully stocked kitchen, let the kids burn off energy in the huge fenced backyard, or settle in after a long workday with room for everyone to spread out. Walk downtown for coffee, cinnamon buns and dinner, then come home to a place where everyone can have a little space without being separated.

Cook a big dinner while everyone hangs out around the large kitchen island. Give the kids, teens, or coworkers their own space in the second living room while others relax elsewhere in the house. With multiple bedrooms and living areas, the layout works just as well for family stays as it does for work rotations and longer crew stays.

Everything close by

Just off Main Street in Old Town Airdrie, the house is close to downtown without feeling busy. Downtown Airdrie is about a 10-12 minute walk, with restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, groceries and pubs nearby.

YYC is about 15 minutes away. CrossIron Mills and Costco are about 10 minutes away, Hwy 2 is only minutes from the house, and Woodside Golf Course is about 2 km away. Airdrie also makes an easy base for Calgary and day trips toward Banff, Red Deer and Drumheller.

The layout

This is a 4-level split with short flights of stairs between levels and no main-floor bedroom. If stairs are difficult for you, this probably isn't the right home. If they're not, the layout gives everyone lots of room to spread out and have some privacy.

Main Floor: A roomy open-concept kitchen, dining and living area with a large kitchen island. Cook dinner while still hanging out with everyone, or relax on the couch at the end of the day.

Upper Floor: The primary bedroom has a king bed, plenty of closet space and a private half bath. Two more bedrooms each have an extra-long single bed, plus a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Third Level: A second living room gives everyone even more room to spread out. There's also a queen bedroom and another full bathroom with a bathtub. The rock fireplace is decorative only.

Lower Level: Another private sleeping area with a queen bed and a single bed. The washer and dryer are down here too, which is handy for longer stays and work crews.

Outside

You’ll have the huge fenced backyard, the large front yard, a back deck and a sunny south-facing front deck. Everything is yours to use except the detached garage.

Making it easy

The driveway fits 3 vehicles comfortably, with additional street parking along the crescent. Fast WiFi and a desk and chair make the house work well for business stays. Fans are provided throughout the house for warmer weather.

With 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2.5 bathrooms and multiple living spaces, the house comfortably sleeps 9 in beds, with room for a 10th guest on the couch. It works especially well for families, work crews and groups who want to stay together without feeling crowded.
