Our wonderful rental property is located in the absolutely most ideal location in Lake George Village. Its just around the corner to the busiest block of Canada Street. The arcade is so close the kids can walk there without crossing the street. Shepards Park Beach is just on the other side of Canada Street where you can picnic, use the playground, sit on the beach and swim. There are also concerts held in the park. Restaurants and nightlife are all within walking distance.

If you feel like exploring there are many activities in the area including hiking, The Great Escape, boat rentals, mini golf, etc. We will do our best to help you find activities that fit your needs.

The house is 2 floors and the configuration is great. The downstairs has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, laundry and a bathroom. The living room has 2 couches and a large roku smart tv with cable. There is also a sitting room with a futon and a small computer desk with wifi. The upstairs has a separate entrance but is connected through the living room. The door can also be closed and locked which would be perfect for separate living spaces for 2 families, etc. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms one with queen and one with a double, a small living room with futon with a small tv with roku and cable, and small kitchenette and bath. The kitchen does not have a stove upstairs but there is a small refrigerator, sink and microwave.

Outside the front door there is a large covered porch. On the side of the house there are 2 decks, one covered one uncovered. All are large enough for a few chairs to lounge around on. There is parking for 3 cars but you could probably squeeze in 4 if necessary. There is also a grill outside for your use. Linens and towels are provided but there is no daily housekeeping service.
