Very nice!

This was a very beautiful property, located close to everything but far enough away to have peace and quiet, and the beach club and resort were really lovely!

Spacious Watercolor Beach House

Gorgeous, spacious, well decorated beach house in Watercolor with a large, fully outfitted kitchen. The third floor is great for kids to play and sleep. Lots of room for family and friends.

Amazing in every way

The home was perfect. Beautifully decorated, clean and the kitchen was equipped above and beyond compared to all our previous rentals. The management company communicated well and responded to questions within minutes. Our family of 12 couldn’t have asked for more.

This was our first trip to Santa Rosa Beach and will NOT be our last. The house was fantastic and the few service items and questions were handled immediately. Very pleased with the area and wish we would have booked more time. We definitely will be back in the future. Our family loved every minute of the trip and the home. The beach, the pools, and the food was all easily accessible with the golf cart. Thank you.

Beautiful and spacious home!

Our family of ten celebrated Thanksgiving in this lovely home. It was so peaceful to start the day with coffee on the back porch with a view of the woods behind the house and we saw deer early in the morning. The kitchen, dining and living room were the perfect setup for conversation, cooking and games gathered around the large fireplace. The ping pong table on the third floor was a huge hit with the kids! The furnishings and design were comfortable and lovely for relaxing. Can’t wait to return!

The Best

This house was perfect for our family of 10… grandparents, 2 adult children and their spouses and 4 grandchildren. We had another family of 5 who couldn’t come, but the house would have easily accommodated them. With the number of living spaces, both inside and screened porches, there was more than enough room for everyone. The kids loved having the pool at the house, playing ping pong and spending time up the spiral staircase. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and was such a nice place for our family to gather. We had a couple of issues with the fireplace and kitchen faucet and Sanders Beach Rentals sent immediate help. We were extremely impressed with Sanders as they checked on us before, during, and after our stay.

Wonderful Venue

The home is in a great location! The spacious living/dining areas are big plus! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Plenty of parking! We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful large home with pool

This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean with lots of bedrooms. The screened in porch areas were our favorite. Also love the bikes and golf cart.

Beautiful home, perfect for our large family holiday

First let me say that Sanders Beach Rentals was FANTASTIC to deal with. Hands down the best property managers that I have ever dealt with. They addressed every single issue we had within minutes. They were extremely helpful when my husbands golf clubs got left at the house and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! The house itself was laid out perfectly for a large family or multi family get together. The location is right off the paths and close to everything. Having the golf cart was a huge bonus. This was our first visit to Santa Rosa but we will definitely be back!

Fabulous House

Our family of 14 stayed at this fabulous house for our yearly reunion. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. The kitchen and living rooms were perfect for family meals, games and football watching. I would absolutely recommend this house.

Terrific Home!

We've stayed throughout Watercolor over the years and have enjoyed the many properties we've had the opportunity to rent. This home stands out! The house is meticulously maintained and well appointed. Even the smallest items, like towels, are high-quality and in perfect condition. The house is comfortable, the bikes were in great shape, and the 6-seat golf cart was an added bonus. Our kids loved the 3rd floor area, which has a bedroom, full bath, and a great media area (large TV surrounded by multiple day-bed/couches). Location is great, it backs to the watercolor trails and is just a few minutes to the main foot bridge over Western Lake. We appreciated the agency that managed the home. The communication was detailed and timely, and the entire process was easy. We look forward to returning soon!

This was a great home for a large family.

This property was perfect for a large family. The open living area and kitchen was a fabulous gathering space and easily accommodated many adults and children without feeling crowded. The customer service from Sanders rental exceeded our expectations. We would recommend this and hope to return for another family vacation in the near future.

Great Family Vacation!

349 Needlerush Drive in Watercolor was a great vacation home for our family. The amenities in the home were first class and access to the beach and Seaside was fast and easy (via bike) or golf cart. This was my first time to Watercolor and it's a teenagers dream vacation...safe place to let them ride bikes and have their own time. We rented through Sanders Beach Rental off a recommendation from a friend and the service before and after our arrival was fantastic. I highly recommend Sanders Beach Rentals, 349 Needlerush Drive and the Watercolor/Seaside community when looking for a family vacation spot.
