A private one bedroom apartment in the vibrant Lyn-Lake area of Uptown Minneapolis.
Within walking distance of all that Uptown has to offer...Parks, Lakes, Restaurants, Theater, Coffee Shops, Night Life....
One and 1/2 blocks from the greenway bike/running path which leads to the famous parkway system of Minneapolis.
On the bus line. Easy commutes to Downtown, Mall Of America, Museums and more.
The Apartment boasts a cozy and comfortable living space.
The bedroom has a new California King Mattress, large closet and Cable/T.V.
The living area has a queen-sized pullout futon couch, with Cable/T.V.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 person eating area. There are also complimentary coffee/tea amenities provided.

Conveniently located on Lake Street near Lyndale Avenue. It offers numerous bars, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. It's also located right next to a Speedway Gas Station for any beverages/snacks needed during your stay.
(Lake Street is a busy through-way street, so there can be occasional traffic/pedestrian/ambulance noise)

This space was excellent for us as we were able to comfortably rest between family activities. We experienced a cold and sub-zero temperatures Minnesota weather and always were comfortable in this apartment. We appreciated the well outfitted kitchen when we chose to make a meal. Jennifer was available for inquiries, yet we found little need to reach out as the apartment was well supplied and the snow removal was amazing. We look forward to staying again. Mary & Pat

Great experience!

Spacious one bedroom apartment, we loved that there were 2 tv’s! Living room and bedroom was comfortable. Even though it is a central/busy area it was quiet in the apartment. Awesome place!

Great place to stay for move in week

The property was great, more than met our needs for my daughter to attend U of M orientation and get to know a little bit more of Minneapolis before move in day.

Great stay!

Super experience. Owner is very easy to communicate with and responsive. Flat was well equipped and very clean. Felt safe in this area. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for Culture

This adorable apartment is located in Lyn Lake, minutes from just about anything you could care to do and see in Minneapolis, and the designated parking space is a HUGE bonus. Don't feel like driving anywhere? No problem! So many places to choose from, no matter what you're craving, within comfortable walking distance, including several just across the street!

Great spot!

We had a wonderful stay here. The suite was easy to access with parking, and had everything we needed inside for a comfortable stay. Proximity to shops and restaurants was fantastic, plus the midtown parkway is easily accessible. Also, it is a quick uber ride to downtown for any events you may be going to. I would highly recommend!

Convenient Location

Property is centrally located to lots of shopping, restaurants and things to do; arcades, bowling, movies, drinks. The host thought of everything. Not only was there coffee and the fixings, but the kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots and pans, and even storage containers for the food. We really couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Perfect Location

I stayed here with a friend while we took a multi-day bike tour of Minneapolis. The location could not be better. Just one block from the greenway, we didnt need a car for the 5 days we were in town. And having Bryant Lake Bowl literally across the street was incredible.

Excellent!

This place is perfect size for a 1-3 person stay. It is incredibly cozy and cute! And in a very convenient area for close access to main attractions. This place is also neighbored to multiple shops & cafes! Take note that it is on a main road, so it can be a little noisy, however, a white noise machine is provided! I had an amazing short stay at this residence and would surely return if I make a trip out to Minneapolis again!

Weekend stay

Place is cute, clean and well located. Keep in mind it’s an old building (clawfoot tub, creaky floors), but apartment is very well kept. Comfy bed. Kitchen has all the basics. No noise from neighbors or businesses within the building. Some street noise that comes with the location. Host was easy to communicate with. We had a great stay!

Comfotable, clean with everything we needed.

We came to Minneapolis to visit our son and attend the Loppet World Cup. We had stayed at this location a few years ago, like the unit and reasonable price. We found it a good neighborhood to wander for food and a beer. The owner Jennifer has the unit setup with everything you need and even snacks, tea and coffee. Bed and bedding were comfortable. She was very responsive. Off street parking was provided.

Comfy but bring ear plugs

The bed was super comfy, and the whole apartment cozy. Unfortunately, the loud vehicles drag racing on Lake Avenue in the middle of the night made for a restless sleep. I usually travel with ear plugs but forgot them.

The property is located upstairs at the back of the building. There’s a place to park, if you bring a car. The unit is quite sizable and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is also a good size. The Lake and Bryant Café is right down the back stairs to the right. Service and menu quite healthy and flavorful. Jennifer is an excellent and accommodating hostess. Communication is timely. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved it!!

For me, a good stay starts with how well I sleep and how easily I'm able to regulate the temperature. This apartment gets 5 stars on both counts, hands down: super comfortable bed and very effective mini-splits for heating and cooling. I was in MN during a heatwave, so it really mattered. The apt also gets tons of natural light, which makes it very welcoming. Beyond that, there are lots of considerate touches, like the noisemaker by the bed (I'd forgotten mine at home), breakfast biscuits, an iron, little bottles of water for taking with you for the day, and plenty of linens. There are multiple eateries within literally a one-minute walk, making the location super convenient. And finally, Jennifer was wonderfully responsive to all of my texts and little requests. I definitely hope to be able to stay here again!

Convenient, cozy , cool digs for a short stay!

We really loved this nice sized 'small apartment' conveniently located near many restaurants and businesses! It was clean and cute and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was in great condition though 'older', and honestly that gave the place a lot of charm! We will stay here again in the future when we visit our son in Minneapolis. The parking was super convenient also!

Great, but construction downstairs

Good interior space and amenities, but we had daily construction underneath our room at 7:30 each morning and throughout the day (demolition and framing). However, the host was very gracious and tried to mitigate this by asking them to start later in the day —may or may not be an issue for future bookings. Location is near quite a bit of things in uptown, but next to a gas station that’s fairly active through the night. I’d recommend keeping the doors locked all the time. Without the construction I would consider staying again.

Cute apartment, clean and comfy

The apartment was exactly as pictured and advertised. It was very clean and the owner thoughtfully provided coffee, bottled water and some light snacks. The bed was super comfy. Jennifer was easy to communicate with, very accommodating and was super responsive.

Great place in Uptown

I have stayed a few times and each visit has been great. The bedroom is huge and super comfy, Jennifer is a great host, quick to respond and so nice to interact with. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, the apartment is so clean and really welcoming when you walk in. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for our visit

I was traveling with my brother to visit family and this was the perfect place for our stay. The location was great and wasn't very far from restaurants and convince stores. Jennifer was very tentative and communication was easy. The property was clean and cozy. I will definitely love to come back in the future.

This property is in an ideal location. It is within walking distance of so much.
Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Right next door to the popular Bryant Lake Cafe, and a Speedway convenient store/gas station on the other side. Across the street from the famous Bryant Lake Bowl which was featured in the movie Beautiful Girls and the TV shows Diners, Drive-in's and Dives and Love is Blind.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This building was a Turn-of-the Century Boarding House when it was first built in 1906. It has been thoroughly renovated and turned into 2 (1-bedroom) apartments, (with 2 Hair Salons downstairs). Yet it still maintains a lot of it's original unique charm.
