This is a beautiful ocean block property just steps to the beach! The 3rd house from the ocean front, in a quiet family neighborhood of million dollar + homes. This Large home can accommodated big families or extended family and friends. 4 levels, with finished basement, garage, laundry room, outside shower, inside full bath for those return trips from the beach. The first floor has both beautiful front and back porches with a new kitchen with Kitchen Aid Stainless Steel appliances, granite counter tops. Hardwood oak floors throughout the house & open floor plan. dinning room, living room, sitting room and full bath. The second floor has a master bedroom, with a small bedroom off the master. There are two additional bedrooms (total of 4) that are nice size with bunk beds and queen size beds. There is a large second story porch, with beautiful views of the the Ocean and the Bay. Wonderful for evening relaxation in the cool ocean breeze. The Third floor is an open cape loft, with a full bathroom, two large closets, a queen size bed on one side and two twin size beds on the other. ABSOLUTELY NO PROM, GRADUATION OR COLLEGE GROUPS. This is a 'FAMILIES ONLY' House!

This is a wonderful home, great location, in residential year round neighborhood. A Million Dollar house with multi million dollars homes all around! Great views, with a quiet neighboorhood, in the best part of Seaside Park! The Boadwalk amusement area is 1.5 miles away, far enough to keep the traffic and crowds away, but close enough for an evening stroll or quick bike ride on the boardwalk in the early morning! (We even provide the bikes for you to ride!!!!)

The house is fully equiped with beach chairs and umbrellas, gas grill and plenty of off street parking for 5 cars. There is a rennovated full bathroom in the basement/garage where you can shower after the beach or take a quick trip back for those 'emergencies!' The outside shower is large, with room to change and hot and cold water.

Neaby are excellent restuarants, shops and amusements. Easy access to Toms River, with Ocean County Mall and two multi-plex movie theatre complexes in the area. You will have a wonderful vacation at this excellent beach house with room for family and friends. Best price for this large of a home, with excellent ammenities
Wifi and Dish TV with HBO is provided as well.

Great Rental

After renting at several different locations in Seaside Park, I would highly recommend this property. The house is spacious and very comfortably furnished. There is ample off-street parking, and the boardwalk is steps away. A very pleasant stay.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

The house was a wonderful home base for our group of friends to enjoy the gorgeous beach at Seaside Park. Brian was extremely responsive during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms and amenities were as described, and we took advantage of cruiser bikes provided to make trips around the neighborhood, and to the grocery stores/shops which were all walkable from the house as well. We highly recommend this lovely home to enjoy beach life!

Great family vacation house

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family with enough space for everyone to move around, play, read and rest. Kitchen/dining area fit us all and the den/office area to the side of the living room was great for card playing and reading. AC's all seemed in good working condition and main house was always comfortable. Back and front porches were a little too warm during certain times of day, but great in the am and pm for relaxing. Only time we got in the car was to go to the grocery store - everything else is within walking distance. Beach is gorgeous and clean and homeowner is friendly and helpful. Loved our stay!!

Great week at the beach

We had a great week at the beach. Brian was very responsive to all my questions and met us at the house upon arrival. The views of the ocean and bay from the second floor were beautiful and the house is large enough for everyone. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and clean. It was great to be able to bring our dog, too!

Great House and Great Location

The house was great and Brian was easy to work with and very helpful. The description was very accurate and the bikes were great to have to enjoy the area. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect relaxing beach vacation!

Thank you for a great week! The house was ready on time & we appreciated Brian being there at check in to give us the tour! The house includes wonderful amenities! We utilized the 8 beach badges, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, & bicycles that were included with our stay! We loved that the house was perfectly situated only a few houses from the beach and quick walks to ice cream, food, bakery, etc. We appreciated how well stocked the house was with toilet paper, paper towels and cookware! Brian even left us Keurig coffee pods to enjoy! The house was very clean which we appreciated in these Covid times we are living in. Most of all Brian was quick to respond to any questions we had. Our family had a wonderful stay, thanks for everything!

Great Shore getaway

Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, linens - all you need to do is show up and a well-stocked home awaits. Located in a quiet part of Seaside Park and steps from the beach, this is an ideal vacation spot!

Awesome stay!

We had such a great time at Brian’s house! The house is perfectly located, so close to the beach on a block of beautiful homes. The house has tons of room for a large group, and we were all super comfortable throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had a great time making several dinners. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!!

Great location!

This property was exactly as listed. It was clean enough, the BRs worked well for our needs, the house was well stocked with supplies and beach items, and Brian, the owner, was very responsive. I just wish the house had central AC. The room ACs cooled adequately, but they added to the noise level.

Great house

Very nice house , so close to beach , perfect for big groups , 7 bikes in garage was fantastic, saved us alot of $ instead of renting bikes .

The our stay in your home was magnificent. It was not only perfectly located within 3 houses from the ocean, it was clean, well kept, modern and extremely comfortable. Very nice accommodations

Definitely will consider another visit. Central air would have been nice but window ac’s were fine and kept us comfortable. Only recommendation for owner is to add local TV channels to Dish TV. Owner went out of his way to make sure all was just right!

Ended up moving out

Stayed here last year with excellent experience. On arrival this year the main bathroom was locked and when we opened it we found the toilet was disconnected and bathroom unusable. Owner reacted as if he knew nothing about this. Next morning I used the shower on the third floor. Water started running down the walls on first floor...turned out to be raw sewage. Cannot begin to explain how this ruined our Sunday and completely disgusted us. Spent the day looking for a place for our family of 8 to relocate. Owner was difficult, but finally refunded our money after 5 weeks. Not a good experience at all.

Great Location

Great location to enjoy the Jersey Beach

Very comfortable and well located property. Just steps to a beautiful beach. The beach house is well furnished, and works great for carry in meals with a great ice cream shop just down the street. If you are in to cooking, everything you need is available in the house. Comfortable furniture, and a nice size TV. The indoor and outdoor porches are perfect for enjoying the pleasant environment on the quiet street where the property is located. We plan to return next year.

Great location, plenty of room and the house had everything you need!

My family and I stayed the week. Loved walking the boardwalk every morning and riding bikes. Beach is very clean and quiet. We loved not having to bring beach essentials except towels. We would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks Brian! The Contillo Family Asheville NC

Great Beach Rental

Three generations of my family had a wonderful time here. The house is spacious and well-cared for. Seaside Park has beautiful beaches and a boardwalk plus we were able to walk into Island Beach State Park. And dolphins graced us with their presence on several days!

Perfect!

My family and I rented the Seaside Park home for three weeks and it was just magical. Great house. Great location. Great neighborhood. The house had everything we needed to make the three weeks seamless. The location could not have been better - three houses from the beach and the neighborhood had a great selection of restaurants and places to entertain the kids. Plus the boardwalk is less than five minutes away. We all look forward to renting this house year after year.

Brian and Maria Swedberg live in Toms River, NJ where they have raised two sons who love the beach and grew up with the waves and sand! They purchased this property in 2000 so they could enjoy the spring and fall at the beach, as well as remodel this home over time and eventually retire in Seaside Park.
