Unique offering designed for "TWO". COZY, spacious OPEN STUDIO layout with vaulted ceilings, electric fireplace, lots of windows, high-end bed with luxurious bedding, full kitchen, dining and living area, full bath with tub & shower. Amenities include smart 42" TV with NETFLIX provided, surround-sound Wifi sound bar to connect your MP3, phone or computer, fully furnished kitchen, quality bedding & towels and many more touches to make your visit memorable and comfortable.

Dune path leading to Manzanita's famous seven-mile beach is only a half-block down the street. The Bungalow has a private courtyard with seating. It is a short half-mile walk into town by beach or walking path. Stroll down to amazing Nehalem Bay via the Nehalem State Park walking/bike path where eagles and a variety of shore birds are often seen. Hiking trails are as close as a mile or two from the Manzanita 101 entrance.

Bring your binoculars! There is so much to see on the North Oregon Coast: whale migration, shore birds, eagles, bats, hummingbirds and more. On clear nights the STARS are brilliant year round -- you can easily identify the constellations and take in the moonlight...

This is a one of a kind offering in Manzanita where there are hundreds of rentals that cater to large families and their many pets. Lover's Bungalow is PET FREE, spotless and CAREFULLY MAINTAINED BY THE OWNERS. Cleaning products used are as natural as possible; perfume free/non-toxic products.

Why stay in a hotel when you can enjoy the quiet comfort of our intimate 700 square foot Bungalow?
The "Lover's Bungalow" studio apartment (UNIT B) is located in the downstairs unit of our duplex home. Both duplex units within the home have separate entrances on opposite sides of the building.

This was just what we were looking for! Maybe 100 yards from the beach on a quiet street. The house had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Nancy and Ron are awesome! Highly recommend!

This place was really lovely; very nicely laid out with many thoughtful details. The hosts really designed the space well and made it feel as private as possible. Full-sized and well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, nice shower. Great lighting options, comfortable furniture. The beach was a short walk, though be prepared for a fairly steep sandy walk back. Very quiet area. We definitely would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Manzanita!The bungalow was really beautiful, we loved the decor.So close to the beach. Very quiet.We did both feel a little shaky/slippery on our feet taking a shower. A bath or shower mat could help.

Cozy and clean

The place has everything to make you feel at home. Nancy was very accommodating with our early arrival. Her instructions for checkin and house are very helpful. I would highly recommend this place for couples looking for a quiet getaway close to beach, small towns, rivers, and hikes. So much to see and do - rent a car - Short sand Beach is a gem for surfers. Lots of wildlife around..we even saw several deer walking up the hill one morning!

We appreciated the non-toxic cleanliness of the property. The owner uses as much chemical free as possible. With our allergies, we really appreciated their attention to Detail. Lovely accommodations for two! The strong water pressure in the shower did not go unnoticed!

Lovely to relax and enjoy the beach

Being a close walk to the beach makes going down early easy. Just a few miles from all there is to do on the Nehalem River, too. Well organized and very comfortable studio - having a laundry helps keep up with kids!

Wonderful Studio

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this wonderful studio, located steps from the Pacific Ocean. We appreciated the attention to detail that the owner took in equipping the place. 3 Days of Paradise

The space was beautiful, comfortable, with everything we needed. It was quiet, peaceful. We enjoyed meeting our host. Only a short walk to the long sandy beach. Town is within walking distance. There are many things one can do nearby or…just walk! I would come here again! (I wasn’t expecting the extra fees when booking)

Peaceful retreat

Seapeace is super clean, tasteful, and quiet. I came to work and got a ton accomplished during my short stay. The main drag in Manzanita is a half mile away--easily walkable. And the beach is right down the block from the apartment. Highly recommend.

Ron and Nancy -- We are the owner-managers of Seapeace. We do our best to make this the best rental of its kind in Manzanita. In the current short-term rental market, we are the exception to the rule as we personally manage bookings, cleaning and full management of the property.

Seapeace is a duplex home with two completely separate apartments; one located upstairs (Unit A) and one located downstairs (Unit B). Both units are apartment homes and each have private entrances on opposite sides of the building.

Manzanita is hands down the best coastal community on the North Oregon Coast. Quaint, upscale and is growing mindfully; forward thinking - ensuring that Manzanita provides what travelers need without becoming a resort town. Manzanita does not have any hint of a tourist trap flavor, but if you want to get the resort experience, you have a quick 25 minute drive to Cannon Beach, one of America's top 10 resort beaches, then you can return to the peace and tranquil beauty of Manzanita. Native Oregonians already know, Manzanita is the 'prize' on the Oregon's North Coast.

There are very few rentals in Manzanita that cater especially to couples. We created this space especially for you. Who wants to stay in a 3 or 4 bedroom house when there are just 2 of you? This is truly the perfect accommodation designed for an amazing experience of relaxation and fun for two or for the adventurous solo traveler.
