Great place to stay

Property was just as pictured. It was clean and well stocked with all items, including everything needed to have meals in the cabin. Location is excellent. It is located about a minute from the Parkway, yet it's far enough away that you don't get all the noise from the traffic on the parkway. Great place to stay. The entire family agreed we will come back to this cabin on our next stay.

Great location

Had a little trouble finding with our gps but called and the lady I spoke with was very helpful. Very clean inside. Hot tub was very clean & nice to relax in after walking at Dollywood all day. Very convenient location for the park & a bunch of other family attractions. Only negative was that the bunk bed is metal & very squeaky when kids would move on it. And you need quarters for the arcade game.

Nice place but frustrating communication

The cabin was lovely for our holiday family gathering. It was clean and was in a great, convenient location. Our only frustration was communication with the management company. No trash bags were provided, and after five phone calls and three emails, we still did not receive them before we left at the end of our stay. Enjoyed our stay overall.

Feels tucked away but is close to everything

We were in town for a dance competition and loved that the location of this cabin was a close drive, but felt tucked away. The cabin was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was a great space to relax after long days of dance. We enjoyed the pool. We had a situation where the smoke alarms were intermittently and randomly going off and the maintenance team took care of it promptly. If we are back in pigeon Forge for the next competition we plan to rebook. The kids suggestion is to take the coin return off the gaming system in the upstairs bedroom for unlimited play!

Nice new and clean cabin

We stayed 6 nights and were part of a large group that all rented in the Alpine Village. We used this place more as a landing place while kids were playing at the Cal Ripken Experience. I would definitely rent again from the rental company and if the construction doesn't bother you, you will enjoy this nice new cabin. Pros: Nice new cabin that is fresh and clean. Never used the hot tub but looked new. Nice porch with fireplace and chairs. Bedrooms are a nice size. Kids loved the pool table. Well stocked kitchen. The rental company is responsive and easy to work with and also called to check in on things. Great location for Cal Ripken Experience and also great if whole team all books in Alpine Village (pools and pavilion wonderful to use for group gatherings). Cons: Construction is the big deal. It's not so loud but the trucks using our parking, the workers use the road as a work area, lots of nails on the road ( I picked a bunch up hoping not to get a flat tire) are the big issues. If you are looking for seclusion this isn't it. The good thing it won't last forever and it's beyond the rental companies control. Limited views, you are tucked down on the lower road. So while you have a great porch with really nice chairs you won't have a great mountain or treetop views. The other issue is weak wifi. The wifi works but needs to be moved to a different location in the home to maximize its coverage. For someone that was working, it was painful internet access. I get it that we are in a somewhat secluded area, but others in our group didn't have the same issue. Small easy fix. The only other minor suggestion is to add a luggage rack or a chair in the bedrooms. The chest of drawers are lovely, but we didn't use them. Again, this was more of landing place at night and in between games. We were not really hanging out here.

The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures. Plenty of room. Upstairs master bedroom is nice. The only complaint I would have is that game machine requires quarters to play.

Overall we were very pleased with the property. It was accurately advertised. The only thing I wished I would have known, that I don't believe was in the advertisement, was that the couch made a bed. The internet service is poor and we could not get the tv in the upstairs bedroom to work, kept saying it didn't have a signal. Bathrooms are dark and could use more light. None of these issues would keep us from staying there again. Overall we were pleased.
