Completely renovated in 2015 and ideally located in a residential area between the calm of Kerhostin beach (80 meters) on the Quiberon bay side, and the wild beauty (wind, big waves) of Penthièvre beach (ocean side). Less than 15 minutes by car from Quiberon and its pier for the islands (Belle-Ile, Houat, Hoedic), Carnac (menhirs and dolmen), sailing school of St Pierre-Quiberon, golf of Quiberon, sand yacht of Penthièvre , surfing on many beaches, horse riding in St Pierre-Quiberon, etc. the local train (rightly named 'corkscrew') whose station is 5 minutes walk from the house, allows you to reach Quiberon in the south in 10 minutes, or the magnificent white sands beach to the north. You can therefore easily walk (many marked trails) and enjoy the region without taking your car. Being 80 meters from the beach, you can very easily go there and come at will, or stroll in the garden. There are many activities on the peninsula for athletes, as for those who prefer lazing around. We very often find ourselves in a brasserie at the port in the evening (2 mins by car, or 15 mins on foot via a path
cotier) to enjoy a mussels and fries before the sunset on the
wild side. We cannot promise you the good weather, but we are sure that the place will enchant you!

The house was entirely renovated in 2015, and is ideally located in a residential area, between the peaceful Kerhostin beach (on the Quiberon bay) and the wild beauty (wind, big waves) of the Pentièvre beach on the Ocean side. Less than 15 minutes away by car from Quiberon and its pier for sailing to the islands (Belle-Ile, Houat, Hoedic), Carnac (menhirs and dolmen), St-Pierre Quiberon and its sailing school, Quiberon golf, Penthièvre sand yacht, surf on numerous beaches, horse riding in St Pierre-Quiberon ... etc. The local train (the station is a 5 minute walk) can take you south to Quiberon in just 10 minutes, or north to the beautiful "white sands" beach. One can thus easily relax, walk (numerous coast and hiking paths) and enjoy the area without the need for a car. The house being so close to the beach, it is easy to go and come back as one wishes, or just stay in the garden. There are multiple activities for those who like sports, as well as for those who enjoy farniente in a peaceful scenery. On evenings, we often gather in a nice restaurant by the harbor (2 mins by car, or 15 mins walk along the coast) to enjoy a "moul-frite" or a beer while staring at the sunset on the Cote sauvage. We can't commit the weather, but we are pretty confident you will just love the place!
