Easy access to the beach. Our little loved the splash pad. Current renovations going on until Feb 2027. But nothing interfering with the location of this room. Great little weekend getaway.

Everything was good except for the fact that we had to pay for parking and it was not included in the hotel bill. But other than that, everything was great.

Condo view was excellent - we saw tons of dolphins right off the balcony. Splash pad was a huge hit with the kids. Amenities were never overcrowded, beach access was a breeze. Loved the underground parking also.

Construction work being done in the room right next to ours while we were there. Nothing but noise from the time we woke up until 6 in the evening or later.

Hi Courtney, I'm sorry to hear your stay was impacted by construction noise. Since the condos in the building are individually owned, owners of other properties do sometimes choose to work on them during the off-season. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. We hope you were still able to enjoy some time on the beach during your trip!

The Condo was nice and clean. The only bad thing was the splash pad and outdoor pool were closed our entire stay which was very disappointing and there wasn’t anything on the listing about it being closed when booking.

The condo was really old and we could see areas not cleaned very well and yes, we did take into consideration the hurricane. The looked dirty and so did the chairs. Housekeeping came and did clean the areas we were concerned about. We had them bring sheets to put over sofa and chairs. The beds were not comfortable and almost sat on the ground. The cabinets were shabby...chipped, scratched. Even the microwave had chips. The black plastic around the outside of door was chipped off. Why?? The stove was dirty. I will say it looked as though they had recently put in new floors and and walk-in shower in the master bath. We will not stay here again...not for the cost I had to pay. I paid almost the same amount last year for one at Phoenix East (same floorplan) and it was 10X better. The owners need to a complete overall of this one!

Everything was as described execpt after booking I received an email saying the pool is closed. Liquid Life did give me a partial refund. Would use them again. Super smooth check-in.

Beautiful condo, very clean. We loved being right on the beach. We cooked a lot and were pleasantly surprised with how well-stocked the kitchen was.

Very clean and nice! The view from the balcony was amazing

We had a great stay. Everything was better than we expected. Would highly recommend this place! They checked in on us a couple times to makes sure our stay was going good and to see if we needed anything.

Great view and location

Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Clean and nice place with great view of the Gulf. Location close to great restaurants and just a short drive to Gulf Shores. Would book again. Nice not having upstairs neighbors.
