Sun & Snow 2 is one side of a very nice sized duplex! It received a huge face lift in 2017 and the result is sure to please anyone looking for the perfect escape to the northwoods! From the moment you open the front door, and step inside, you’re welcomed by the beauty of rustic northwoods charm. Best of all, our panoramic windows in both the living room and kitchen areas, overlook the entire bay. It’s a view that’s impressive and inspiring and will give you a glimpse into how the lake changes from hour to hour. Witness the early morning fog and mist as it hangs over the water and then fades as the heat of the sun gently rolls in! The living room & kitchen are an open concept and the table can seat 6 for dining. There's a door off the kitchen that leads out onto the lakeside deck with additional table and seating. The charcoal grill is on a grill mat out here, making outdoor grilling and dining at Sun & Snow, fun and convenient to the kitchen. From this lakeside deck, little ones can play on the lawn below or by the shallow sandy edge of water and still be under your watchful eye!​

This main level hosts two bedrooms. The master has a queen bed with chest of drawers, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with a closet, dresser and ceiling fan. Between the bedrooms sits the freshly renovated bathroom featuring a new double shower with a seat. Should you need space for just one more, the love seat in the living room opens into a twin size sleeper. There's a flat screen TV mounted in the living room, and a wide assortment of movies for your viewing pleasure!​

Next take the carpeted spiral steps to the lower level where you'll discover the 2020 remodeled rec room! The carpeting has been replaced with wood laminate flooring. New furniture gives the room a much lighter feel! New flat screen TV with lounge style seating makes this area a great escape! You'll discover the third bedroom with two twin beds, dresser and nightstand. The bathroom has now been updated to include a new step in shower just like the one upstairs! Sliding patio doors provide a lake view from this area as well as easy access out to the water. Guests of Sun and Snow have access to one side of the shared dock for the duplex, so there's plenty of space for your boat or for swimming & fishing off the dock.​​
