Snorkeling in the gulf, fishing off of Navarre Beach Pier, and waterfront dining at Juana's Pagodas all await!

The shared pool by the condo provides a nice way to cool off on warm Florida afternoons. Two nearby shared grills let you get started on dinner, with the cozy kitchen back at the condo providing even more options. You can dine right by the grills, or you enjoy views of the Sound from the comfort of your balcony! Leave clean-up to the dishwasher and settle down in the living room, where free WiFi and cable on the flatscreen TV will keep you entertained.

Will be coming back to stay here in the future

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditoner worked great with the Florida heat. It was great having two bathrooms. Loved that it was on the bottom floor and having the pool nearby. Very convenient location with the public beach access nearby. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place for a last minute get away

Clean and nicely furnished. A bit o a walk to the beach but public access parking made it easy to haul all of our stuff. Quiet complex. All of this made for a great weekend!

For the price we paid, we really cannot complain too much. There are some repairs that need to be made which should be glaringly obvious to the management company (guest shower door needs repair/replacement IMMEDIATELY and the sliding glass door also needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY as they are both hazards). And there were a few dead and one live roaches (which we did report). Other than those 2 issues, we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Wouldn’t stay here again😔

Very ran down, 6 minute walk to the beach with no kids, perfect spot between sound and beach though, porch door absolutely sucks, this may just be the time around I went but thieves! Life jackets stolen right off our back porch, Dishes have weird film wash before use, AC works amazing, locking door and using long code defiantly got irritable

Soundside vacation

Super convenient to soundside beach and pier. Nice grass area for children to play. Nice covered patio to enjoy all weather, and times of day.

Great Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Harbour Villas. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was roomy enough for our family of four. We loved the easy access to the pool and grill, as well as the location near the harbour itself.

Middle class family on budget

Room was pretty clean. Has everything you need and most of what you’d want. Water on both sides and price was reasonable. I’d recommend it for a small family. Pool was nice too

Nice with limits

Nice condo. Very limited amenities. No hair dryer in either bathroom. Only clock on stove. Easy access parking. Beach access not near condo; access about two blocks away.

Reasonable, but some issues and "Bay view" is a bit of a stretch

Overall, the place served our purposes and is functional. There were numerous minor issues such as dirty intake filter, porch overpacked with furniture, padlocked storage by bunkbeds, cracked tile and squishy floorboards, limited cookware, limited TP and diswasher detergent, but the location is good and we had a very nice time.

Just NO, find another unit elsewhere.

The pool available for this unit was it only saving grace. There is SO MUCH to be desired from this unit. In VERY poor condition. Flooring has multiple soft spots due to probable water damage. Cheap, dated furniture throughout, replace. Terrible smell in guest bathroom. Garbage dirty floor mats throughout. Frying pans NEED to be replaced! (deep scratches) Sliding glass door in living room completely inoperative. Replace!! Don’t keep trying to bandaid fix it. It’s trash!! All in all unit needs a lot of updating. Find another place to stay.

This was a nice condo and I could stay here again. Plenty of towels and there were a couple of boogie boards, ets, etc. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved that there were 2 bathrooms. In the kitchen, there was only one teaspoon. Would have been nice to have more—all of the spoons were big tablespoons. There was one coffee mug, and one drinking glass—most of the glasses were small and small cups. The only other thing that lacked was a scrub brush or Brillo pad to scrub stuck-on food on plates, etc. Those are all small things. On the whole it was great, and we loved it. The swimming pool is close, and the public beach is a Very short drive.

what was shown on the website was very misrepresented. they showed barbecue pits and a swimming pool just steps from our room. We arrived with over a hundred dollars of steaks and seafood to grill. The gas barbecue pits were inoperable and very danger and disgusting. The pool shown on the web we were not allowed to use. There was a very threatening note on the refrigerator stating they we would be arrest by the sheriff if we used the pool or the other barbecue pits near us, We called Vacasa a hour after we arrived with our complaint and was told they would get back to us. After waiting 24hours we called again and was told they would call us back again, but they never did. On the third day we went to Vacasa's local office, and no one was there (it was a Wednesday) waited awhile and went back at 4:00 again no one was there. There was also a family that had been waiting there at the office for 3 hours to pick up their package to check in, but no one was there.They also could not get any help by calling. While packing the car to leave they were rolling the barbecue pits out to the dumpster. I have booked with your company for many years for our Navarre trip and always enjoyed my stay and looked forward to coming back. Also always left great reviews. This year was horrible it was a big waste of money and a waste of precious vacation time. Being ignored by Vacasa was really bad business Thanks for asking how my trip was

Nice little condo

Condo was just as in pictures. Small but very comfortable since we spent most of our time on the beach and in activities. Very quiet area with pool access. Our only issue was the top bunk rail broke and my daughter rolled off bunk. That was a scary moment for me and my (tiny) 5 year old daughter. Just check the rails really good to make sure prior tenants didn't leave any hidden damage or looseness that would go unnoticed until an accident. The agency for renting this unit is not available by phone only email. The wifi was down a lot on the island. This would be my biggest complaint, not having a live person to talk to.

Super Cute

My family and I stayed at this location while visiting family for Thanksgiving. My family of five fit comfortably in this condo. It is awesomely located right next to the pool, an easy walk to the beach, and conveniently located on the sound. I highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. A little walk to beach & the bay is steps away. The location of this condo is perfect. You are right in front of the pool. Thankful this unit had a washer & dryer.
