This hip and very private Master Bedroom with bath is located 11 miles from PDX. This town home is just minutes from the Vancouver Mall which has 140 shops and many great restaurants.
My favorite is the new waterfront development on the Columbia River with state of the art restaurants just minutes away!
The drive over the river is 10 minutes to the great world renowned Portland eateries.
The famous eateries include Portlands top chefs restaurants Le Pigeon, St.Jack's,Toro Bravo, Ruth Chris Steak House, Beast, Paley's and Mother's Bistro & don't forget to check out Mississippi Ave. lined with eateries. My favorite is Thai Eatery Mee Sen. And find extravagant cocktails at Moloko Bar. Check out Portland weird food carts.
Also, the world class Pinot Noirs and other varietals are produced nearby in our Willamette valley, where there is ideal grape growing conditions, innovative wineries and knowledgeable wine bars.

We had a great three-night stay in this clean, comfortable, and quiet downstairs room—perfect for two. It had a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Parking was conveniently right outside the door, and the location next to Vancouver Mall made it easy to find restaurants and reach downtown in about 10 minutes.Sally was a thoughtful host, leaving water, snacks, and even a bottle of wine! Just note there are two steps up to the front door and a full flight of stairs down to the room, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and clean

Room is part of a townhome and was clean and close to a lot of things to see and do in Vancouver. Loved the little treats and other amenities in the room. Would highly recommend.

Long weekend for a graduation

Great place to stay

The home was very clean and comfortable. Sally is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. She always goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have everything they need and are well taken care of. She is wonderful!

Cozy Private Suite

The private suite is perfect if you don’t want to stay at a hotel. It is located in a safe and nice community, very clean space, cozy and comfortable! I would reserve this private suite again when in the area. The host Sally is wonderful! Thank you so much!

Clean and fresh suite

Queen bed was comfortable. K-cup Coffee and tea as well as snacks provided. Fluffy towels and toiletries in the bath. Curbside parking with permit. Convenient location near Vancouver Mall. Easy access to highways. All in all a good value compared to nearby options.

Trouble free and Comfortable

This is a great little place and is comfortable. There is only 1 down side which I didn't know about when we reserved it. When you enter the unit, there are stairs going up and going down. I was initially confused a little, though my wife pointed out the little sign with an arrow pointing down stairs. I didn't notice that right away and it was disconcerting. It seems that other folks stay in the upstairs portion while I had the downstairs room. It was a little uncomfortable being in the same house with other people, though there was never a problem. It was just a little unsettling to me. We could hear them upstairs several times during our stay. Still, it was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised with the slight misunderstanding of it being a place where multiple folks may be staying at the same time. The owner was very friendly, helpful and responsive to my questions. I would recommend this place to others wanting to stay in the area with the caveat that it should be clear that this is a downstairs room in a unit that may have other folks staying upstairs at the same time. Given all that, we had a great time while here and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures.

Vancouver Retreat

Sally's VRBO was a perfect location for me while I explored Clark County. The accommodations were very clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. If I had a question or need for a specific item, Sally was easily accessible via text messaging and/or phone. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to others and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Sally for hosting me!

It’s a great location for anyone needing to stay in Portland or Vancouver.

It was smooth, the only issue was WiFi. Both passwords we received didn’t work nor did the WiFi name. So be prepared to run off of your mobile data if needing to use a laptop for work. Other than the great place to stay. Friendly family.

Nice location, not handicap accessible

We arrived to discover the place we rented was just a room located downstairs in a split level condo. I thought it was a 1 bedroom condo and we were renting the whole place. ...i'm not used to sharing a home with others I don't know, but it turned out pretty good. I never ran into Sally but she was always available via VRBO messaging, so that was nice. Sally is a very nice lady and very accommodating. Honestly, I had a great time. Only things I would change would be the description of the unit to include that it's located down stairs thus would be a challenge for people with a handicap and that it is a master style bedroom in a multi bedroom condo on a different floor from the rest of the rooms so people are more prepared for what they receive. I did notice it said private entrance on the descriptor. I guess I was just expecting something not accessible by the rest of the place. But I guess that's hard to do when the room is right next door to the garage. Nonetheless, had a great time and liked the location. Thank you, Sally!

This bedroom accommodation is thoughtfully and intentionally prepared with fine linens, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave complete with pods and snacks. Located in a quiet complex and neighborhood, nearby Vancouver Mall and shopping centers are easily accessible with great dining options.

Hi! I grew up in a small Dutch community Lynden, Wa. on a 150 acre Dairy farm. I spent 2 years at Washington State University Go Cougs!
While deciding my path in life, I hung out On Maui for 3 years paddling for Lahaina Canoe Club working in a open air restaurant.
This path led me to the hospitality world where I spent 6 years as a General manager for Red
Robin. I am currently employed with Costco for the last 20 years.
I love love to travel and stay physically active with mountains and lakes at my fingertips:) international travel, just returned from Spain and Portugal. The Almafi Coast is magics. Planning a trip to my heritage to visit the town of Roosendaal.

I recently purchased this 3 story town home which has three master bedrooms all with bath and half bath with a spacious deck which overlooks wetlands with a view of Mt. Hood with a ton of privacy.
This is an oppurtunity to host and offer a clean and private stay for a very affordable price! In my opinion, it has a feel up a 5 star hotel with its own entrance. A very private stay!
