・Sending information of Typhoon and disaster information in advance
・Providing baby items ( Baby items are free： high chair, baby plates, baby potty and baby bath. ) We can prepare a baby cot for under 1 year old!

・Sending airmail with pictures
・Sending snacks which our guests asked us to send. ( Ex, One of our guests enjoyed Kyoto snacks and they sent us a e-mail that they want to eat the same snacks again for kid's birthday. )

This big house is called " Miyaki-tei " which located near Nijo castle and it is really easy to access to the house from Kyoto station.
How about renting this house and go for a walk around Nijo castle in the morning like locals.

・We are licensed accommodation government of Kyoto city
・The house has passed safety fire inspection of fire department

・The first floor is called "Kaede" (#1077968) and the second floor is called " Satsuki "(#1077956). You can use both floors.
・There are one bathroom and one toilet in each floors.
・In the winter time, we have floor heating system.

・1F ( Kaede ): One living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, one toilet , garden and three bed rooms ( one western style's room: 2 people can sleep on the two western style beds and two Japanese style's room:2 people can sleep in a room on the Japanese style's futon in the middle oh the house, 1 person can sleep the other Japanese room )

・2F ( Satsuki ): One living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, one toilet and two bed rooms ( one is western style's room: 2 people can sleep on the western style beds and one Japanese style's room: 2 people can sleep on Japanese style's futon )

Baby items are free： high chair, baby plates, baby potty and baby bath.
We can prepare a baby cot for under 1 year old!

※Check in time is 4 PM - 8 PM
Leaving luggage before check in time (after 11:30 am) is available, please feel free to ask us if you need it.

※ When you check in, please pay accommodation tax of Kyoto government.
This accommodation tax is not included in rental cost of the house.
Please pay by cash. The tax fee is depends on how much you payed for your rental cost.
If your rental cost is under 20000 JPY per person per night, the tax is 200 JPY per person per night.
(EX) If you are 3 people and you stay 3 nights, the accommodation tax will be
200 JPY × 3 people × 3 nights = 1800 JPY
If your rental cost is 20000 JPY to 49,999 JPY per person per night, the tax is 500 JPY per person per night.
(EX) If you are 2 people and you stay 2 nights, the accommodation tax will be
500 JPY × 2 people × 2 nights = 2000 JPY

※Please let us know the number of people correctly.
If the number of people is different from the number you actually book with, we will charge you extra.
Person not registrated for accommodation must refrain from staying overnight in the room.

Beautiful and cozy apartment - has everything you need! Nice and clean rooms! Coffee and tea in the functional kitchen. The Miyabi-team was very kind and helpfull at all times and they were quick to answer any questions we had! Our family had the perfect stay at this wonderful house close to the City center of Kyoto and close to metro station as well! We highly recommend this place!

Our stay in this house was wonderful. The place was very nice, super clean, exactly like in the pictures. We had everything we needed, even the coffee! Bathroom and laundry were great, and air conditionning was very appreciated! There are many stores and restaurants nearby and the subway was within walking distance. At the same time it felt quiet and residential, so a perfect mix. We would definitely recommend this house to Kyoto visitors. Thank you.

This is by far one of the best properties I have ever experienced! Miyabi's staff were all very courteous, helpful, and professional. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!
