Whether you're here to enjoy the calm, tranquil waters of the harbor right outside your front door, or the beautiful sandy beaches just steps away (about 300 steps to be exact) from your balcony, Going Coastal has something for everyone.

The unit is located directly across the street from the famous Mexico Beach Pier, where you can take in miles of beautiful coastline, try your hand at our world-class fishing, or photograph the amazing sunsets. It's obvious from the moment you pull up in your covered parking spot overlooking the boats all lining the docks right outside your front door that this place isn't like anywhere else you've stayed.

The 3 bedroom, two bath layout is great for families, or couples just looking to get away for a relaxing stay at the beach. The unit is well furnished, and appointed, so you'll have all the conveniences of home, only with a beach just steps away.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, you can visit our heated pool, take a dip in the hot tub, or hit up the gym if that's your sort of thing.

We try to accommodate boat slip requests with advanced notice, and most slips are capable of accommodating up to a 28ft boat with a 9.6ft beam.

Commonly asked questions...

- How far are you from the beach?
The condo is exactly 300ft from the beach, so about a 60-second walk. The nice part about the location is that you get to access the beach by the pier, so it's a very friendly walk, and you can enjoy the bathroom, sand shower, and water fountain facilities.

- Is this condo kid-friendly?
Absolutely. We have kids of our own, so we bought and furnished the place with families in mind.

- What amenities does the property offer?

- Can you see the ocean from the condo?
The harbor is literally out the front door of the condo, so you can certainly see the ocean, but we don't advertise a "Beach View" since we feel that the small part of the beach you can see from the balcony facing the ocean isn't sufficient enough to justify what we think is a beach view.
