The Seahorse Villa consist of 2 Master Bedrooms with King Beds, 2 Master Bathrooms With Travertine Tile Floors and Mahogany Vanities with Granite Tops! The Bedrooms are separated by a Great room with Pocketing glass doors that open to your Veranda! Pictures can't capture the many turquoise colors of the Ocean. You have to experience it to believe it! The Gourmet Kitchen has Mahogany Cabinets with Granite Countertops and Stainless Steel Samsung Appliances, along with a huge bar. Each Villa has it own washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside you have a Beautiful Travertine Patio with just 9 steps down to the Beach. On the Patio we have 2 New Weber gas Grills, if you would like to Barbecue some Fresh Fish or Lobster. We also have an outside shower with Hot and Cold water for your convenience.

This property and owners Richard and Yohomna are an absolute dream! They have thought of every detail you will need while in paradise! We had a wonderful experience. Love Villas and beach was absolutely beautiful. We loved staying here and enjoying the local foods, beach and sightseeing. Richard and Joshi have thought of everything that you could possibly need! Make sure you have cash as some establishments do not accept credit cards.

Birthday Vacay

Richard and his wife are lovely hosts. They picked us up from the airport upon arrival and gave us a quick island tour. Their condo is literally on the beach and so beautiful and clean! You get a beautiful view of the ocean as well. It is a great place to relax swim eat and sleep! Highly recommend this stay!! The people are warm and friendly as well .

Amazing!

I've stayed at many VRBO's and I would rate this one as my absolute favorite. The location is beautiful. The unit was very clean. The property owners were great. They were extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

Simply Spectacular

Pictures speak a thousand words. Everything was as wonderful as seen in the pictures. Richard was a gracious host and accomodated anything you needed. From Eggs and milk already in the fridge to recommending the best places to eat. The Ox Tail dinners are amazing! We did get stuck in Hurricane Oscar but It did not hamper the accomodations. We are definately returning to this property on our next visit.

First visit to Grand Turk

The villa was well appointed with attention to every detail. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a loaf of artesian bread, a dozen eggs, a few beers and an assortment of fresh fruit in the villa. Yohamna took the time to drive us around the island for a quick tour and catch a great sunset over the ocean and made reservations at the Ridge cafe for us. If you want to get away and worry about nothing and just relax on a beach, this is the place!

Love Villas - WOW!

This is it! LOVE Villas is all you ever wanted in a vacation. The owners, Richard and Yohamna, have thought of literally everything! When they say, "all you need to bring is your swimsuit," they are NOT kidding. We found the villa to be delightfully secluded but could venture into busier areas within walking distance. Yohamna gave us a quick tour of the island after we landed and made recommendations for the must-do's. She was spot on! The Ridge Cafe, for example, did not disappoint... Ed and Amanda's food was outstanding to say the least. We were able to scuba right out in front of the property... when we weren't resting peacefully on the water in floats. Every amenity is provided. From beach-safe dishware to bug spray, paddle boards to fresh pineapple, LOVE Villas delivers. Yoshi, the caretaker, is as delightful as the scenery. When you picture a turquoise-watered trip, Grand Turk and LOVE Villas should pop into your mind!

Best view ever!!

Look at that sunset!! That's what I said every night and it never got old. Great accomodations with excellent views. We were well taken care of and appreciated the ride to and from airport, island tour and the car for us to use. All of the extras available at the Villa made it feel like home, but with the ocean at our doorstep. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality. When you say, "paradise awaits", you aren't kidding. 😎

We have stayed many places In the Caribbean to dive. This condo was the best. The view is stunning, it’s super clean and decorated beautifully. They have the condo stocked with everything you could ever want . The location is perfect and The owners are only a text or phone call away. A Slice of Paradise

Love Villas is more than just an amazing vacation getaway. It's not the incredible sunset views, nor the beach just steps away, nor the ocean waves soothing the soul, nor the comfy & lovely accommodations that make this place a home away from home. It's a feeling and an experience. The owners go out of their way to share the love that they found on this island with their guests by giving so much of themselves. Everything is so well organized and detailed. It was truly the most relaxing vacation ever.

Richard is one of the best host we ever had. From checking in on us from before taking our trip to ensure we had everything in order to upon arrival. We were picked up, and shown around. The villa is completely equipped with everything and anything you can think of. Did we mention that you have a vehicle included with your stay! We were able to go out and about. Relaxation close to the beach. The view the moment you wake up is as if it’s a frame in a window. Best relaxing vacation and will definitely come again. All you are looking for is here!

Exceptional Paradise Get Away

Words are hard to come by when talking about Love Villas. My wife and I have traveled the West Indies using VRBO almost a dozen times in the last 4 years and hands down this place is by far the nicest and best equipped we have ever stayed in. Yohamna and Richard have thought about every detail when it comes to your stay plus they are salt of the earth people. The furnishings, kitchen, beach equipment, car and suggestions are world class. We would like to thank Joshi the property manager he keeps the place fine tuned and impeccable. We had the best time and are already looking at the calendar to reserve our next visit. I am really struggling to find the correct superlatives to describe Love Villas. As far as a VRBO is concerned these are perfection. Very clean, very comfortable, amazing views, great beach, fantastic hosts, so many, many extras included in the rental. Believe everything you see in the listing and the reviews. I could go on and on but I will just say we booked next year while we were still there. We have never done that before. Thank you Richard and Joshi for making our stay so wonderful. The perfect getaway!

We could not have found a better place to stay for our anniversary trip. The location is perfect. We stayed on the second floor and the view was marvelous. Plenty of supplies such as towels, toilet paper, coolers, etc and super clean. The fact that the property comes with a car allows you to enjoy every corner of the tiny island. Richard goes above and beyond expectations. Superb customer service. We decided to extend our trip and while the property was not available, Richard allowed us to keep the vehicle one more day so we didn't have to rent one, that was very kind! We sure hope we go back and if we do, we will stay at this property for sure!

AMAZING

All in all, best property on the island!!! We had such a great trip we didn’t want to leave!!! Richard is so attentive to all details and the locals LOVE Richard! And telling them we are staying at love villas they were always so excited to hear we are staying on the island and not with the cruise ships! The car was amazing and such a great amenity to have which we were able to get around the island easy, and have access to all restaurants and grocery stores. We shopped at Grace way grocery and they had everything we needed and more! The donkeys and dogs were some of our favorite things because we are huge animal lovers!! We all in all can’t wait to come back to this GEM!

Great Getaway

Love villas was great! I stayed with a friend during COVID. The property was very clean, had a wonderful view with paddle boards, bikes, floats, and a car supplied! Even some bread, eggs, water, milk, and wine supplied! Kitchen is well stocked with supplies making cooking at home easy! I scuba dived with both Bohio and Blue Water Divers and all were very professional. Richard was easy to reach and quick to respond to our questions about the property and local things to do. I felt safe on the property and had great neighbors. The place comes with a washer and dryer also! I didn't want to leave paradise and go back to reality!

Love Villas is an amazing accommodation. It was sparkling clean and extremely well maintained. It was spacious with plenty of room for 4. The balcony on the 2nd floor has an outstanding view of the ocean and the beach and it is private enough to allow undisturbed enjoyment of the view. The extras provided, the rental car, the eggs, wine and beer in the refrigerator, the freshly baked bread, were above and beyond what is available from other places. The airport shuttle service, provided by the hosts, and the tour of Grand Turk island was much appreciated. The hosts, Richard and Jo, were beyond friendly and helpful, providing much valuable information about available activities and restaurants. Joshi, their maintenance man was friendly and extremely polite and promptly responded to all requests. Love Villas is definitely the place to stay when visiting Grand Turk!

Too good to be true - is REALLY true

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The listing is very accurate - if anything it undersells the experience. Richard and his team were all fantastic. At the ready with any needs we had - but they had thought of everything we could possibly need. From the pickup at the airport (yes you read that right they pick you up and drop you back off at the end of the trip - door to door). Also, the loaner car is fantastic. The unit is right on the beach, views are fantastic, sunsets incredible and it is fully equipped with anything you need/want. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. The beach chairs, lounges, floats, and paddle boards all made it like a full fledged resort. We were looking for relaxing and laid back and hit a home run with this property. We will book again.

Wow! Such a Beautiful Place!!

My husband, brother and sister-in-law booked this place back in May for our November Anniversary Celebration trip - and we are sure glad we did! Everything was magnificent - from the original booking, the communication with the owner, being picked up at the airport, the personalized tour of the island with suggestions for things to do and taking us back to the airport! The condo was beautiful with very high end furnishings and they left nothing to be desired. One of the best perks was the GEM electric car that comes with the rental! Super thoughtful and very practical for getting around on the island. The owners are wonderful people as well! We loved being right on the beach and very close to some pretty great snorkeling. It was a fabulous trip - so take my advice and book your stay today! Oh! And did I mention that beautiful turquoise water?!?!

Exceeded all of our expectations!

You can’t go wrong booking at the Love Villas! Richard and his wife have thought of everything you may need during your stay, and if it is not there (not likely) they would love to hear about it. They pick you up from the airport, and deliver you back at the end of your stay. Upon our arrival there was a complete rundown of all the amenities, and even some food to get us going. They have great suggestions for places to see and eat. Richard was always available to answer any questions during our stay. The new addition of the Gem cars was amazing! Although you can walk to anything you may need the cars give you the ability to explore the whole island at your leisure. The beach, which is right out front, offers swimming, snorkeling, long walks and great views of the stunning sunsets. The Love Villas are a first class accommodation, we will definitely be returning!

WE LOVE LOVE VILLAS!

This was our second trip to Turks & Caicos and to Love Villas - so that should speak volumes in and of itself! It's so easy to get to, the hospitality is the best of the best and the condo is well equipped, clean and just stunning. Grand Turk is way less busy than Providenciales....allowing you to relax and feel like you're really getting a sense of the island and how the locals live. The four of us rented a private charter from Deep Blue Charters one day and did 1/2 day whale watching and 1/2 day fishing. Such a great and informative time where we not only got to see whales, but some of us swam with them too! Amazing! We love having a car provided so we can tool about the island & explore. Our group is pretty "chill", so we enjoyed just the one excursion and then just snorkeling on our own. If you dive, I hear the diving is fantastic too! Fabulous place and spectacular hosts. Can't wait to go again. Did I mention we've inquired about a 30 day stay for next time?!?
