Kitchen: A high-end culinary space featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a smooth-top electric stove, side-by-side fridge with an additional stand-alone freezer, dishwasher, and a combination range hood/microwave. The kitchen also includes a snack bar with four bar stools, perfect for casual dining or enjoying drinks after a day at the beach or pool.

Dining Areas: Multiple dining options are available, including a 10-seater dining set indoors, a 6-seater outdoor dining set on the porch, and a 4-seat snack bar adjoining the kitchen. The porch is also furnished with outdoor conversation furniture and a dining set for al fresco dining using the large gas grill & two burner firecracker provided.
Pool and Outdoor Space: The large 12' x 28' swimming pool features three distinct depths (18", 32", and 52") catering to all ages and preferences. The pool area is complemented by four poolside loungers with side poolside tables, and a four-seater dining area for enjoying snacks or drinks by the Pool. High front and side walls, along with a privacy screen, ensure your complete privacy while poolside.
Additional Amenities: The villa is equipped with full air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, a washer and dryer, a steam iron and ironing board, and two 1000-gallon water storage tanks to ensure a continuous water supply.
