This gorgeous 7th floor condo is on the coveted east side of the building where you can watch the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee from the huge balcony.

This 2 bedroom condo features a fabulous king sized bed in the master with an en-suite bath, large walk in closet, great views of the Gulf, and balcony access.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with balcony access and great views. There is a queen sized bath next door to this bedroom.
The guest bath has a shower/tub and is accessible from the living room for those sleeping on the queen sleeper sofa bed.

Awesome place

Annual girls trip. Loved the condo and access to the beach. Beautiful balcony view. Plenty of space and was clean. The included beach service was a treat- get there early. Loved being able to order food at the beach bar. A big plus- not a lot of check out chores!!!! Will definitely stay again- highly recommended.

Beautiful beach getaway!

This location is fantastic, easy beach access and gorgeous beach view. It has everything needed for a wonderful stay. The rooms are good size and very comfortable. Perfect!

Perfect spring breaK

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was mostly great and heated pool and hot tub was very nice. The condo had awesome views and was a perfect location. We will be back!

Very clean and enjoyable time for the family.

This was such a great choice for my family. It was very clean and felt like home. Amazing senory from the balcony and was great fir morning coffee and prayer time. The pool and hot tubs were amazing as well.

Our host was prompt to reply to messages. We had one minor maintenance issue that was resolved quickly. We loved that the unit had extra beach chairs and boogie boards! The beds were a little more firm than we like, but there was enough extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed. It would be beneficial to have a lock on both sides of the beach bar gate. I was locked out on the pool deck and would have liked to have just exited through the bar. Lovely place. Can’t wait to come back!

Getaway

Room had what we needed. The restaurant on site plus the beach bar across street all connected was very convenient. The pool was a great temperature after being hot on beach. 2 complimentary chairs and an umbrella at beach was great also! Awesome location in Miramar Beach! I highly recommend this place!

Road trip

My mom and I stayed here for 5 days/nights. We drove 15 hours and arrived earlier than anticipated and the host graciously let us check in early so we could get right to the beach and sunshine. Julie was so nice and very responsive! We will be back next year and hope to stay here again if it’s open. Great property and condo.

Boys first vacation to beach!

Very enjoyable stay. Pool and beach at your finger tips. Condo has beach access, which was very nice. Only down side - air conditioner didn’t keep condo cool. Got rather warm.

Great escape

The location was perfect. Close to the beach and any restaurant we wanted to go to. The pool was heated and was actually warm enough to swim in! We had everything we needed to escape the Midwest cold for a week. The beds were comfortable and Julie communicated quickly and addressed any questions we had.

Great location and condo

The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The layout was perfect for us. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. The ONLY negative I have is there’s a very nice balcony but it’s poorly furnished. Very uncomfortable chairs and seating is limited. Other than that I thought it was great! We would definitely stay there again!

The only thing that we were disappointed with was the elevators . They broke down twice and there was a long wait in the muggy lobby... Now I am a clean freak and I was please with all the cleaning other than the floor... It look as if someone did a halfway speed job on sweeping ... we could really enjoy the balcony because it was glass and really didn’t give any breeze... So it was hot and muggy, maybe install some out door ceiling fans... Other than that we had a great time... Great location and ease to the pool and beach... we are already looking to book our next vacation there!!!

Spring break 2024

Check in process was very smooth although parking could be an issue. We arrived earlier in the day and there was plenty of spaces in the garage but that evening it was full with many families arriving and being forced to find parking elsewhere. Location is amazing with a couple minutes walk to the ocean. View of the water was beautiful in the mornings (and all day). Condo was spacious, clean and had plenty of bath towels (no beach towels), cooking utensils and amenities. Condo does only provide single quantities of paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap which is common with other rentals but is good to point out. Condo provided some beach supplies and along with the beach chair setups, it made for a fantastic time. Restaurant onsite was delicious along with other places near by. Condo has a “game” level where there are basketball and pickle ball courts and shuffle board games. There is also a large courtyard with available gas grills and outdoor seating. Check out was easy and all communication with host was clear and present. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again.

Nice condo

Enjoyed our stay at Destin Surfside. We were surprised how roomy felt. I think part of that is the floor to ceiling windows that bring so much of the outside in. We have rented thru Julie, the property manager, in the past and as always, she is on top of things. Had an issue with the air conditioner and she had someone out right away. I would not hesistate to rent this unit again.

We had an overall nice stay.

The Fitness Center leaves a lot to be desired. As someone who runs/workouts 6 days a week, the machines were so unbelievably outdated and not to mention they felt unsafe to be on. You should never see duct tape holding things together. They need to do some serious updating in the Fitness Center and around the building. With the exception of those, we enjoyed our stay. Our condo was great, very clean and exactly what we expected. Great location and the pool was never busy.

Great Location. Room perfect for Family of 4.

Everything went great. Room was as expected. Clean. Nice building and condo. Great views. Loved being able to see the pool deck also. My young teens could go back and forth to the pool and we could see them from the balcony. The Tennis and basketball ball courts were awesome to. The Skydeck was also perfect for my kids to go from beach to the pool without having to cross the street. We could sit comfortably at the beach while they went back and forth. Parents and kids will love this place.

Beautiful views!!!

Perfect view from every room. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook. More than enough towels for all the beach and pool visits. Julie was awesome in communicating when we needed help adjusting the temperature on the fridge. Beds were comfy in both rooms. Pool was never crowded so we got to enjoy and walk to the beach is about 2-3 minutes. The only negative is the outdated lobby which has nothing to do with this condo but thought I would mention. Thank you! Would with out a doubt rent this condo again.

Great time, wonderful location

The property has an onsite dining facility, great pool with hot tube, and easy access to wonderful beaches. The area has plenty of dining options as well as retail shopping. The time spent there was amazing!!!

Beautiful view and great condo

awesome views of the beach, huge master bedroom, set up well with all necessities. We also found beach toys, chairs, boards, and ice chest in closet. Only issues with property were that there is only one set of elevators and it gets very congested especially at check in time; our other complaint was the silicone resort wristbands. They were too loose and my 9 year old lost hers on day 1. They need to use a band that is adjustable and snaps.
