“OUR LAKEHOUSE @ THE BEACH”

two full bath and two half baths

Our Lakehouse has direct lakefront access from our Private Dock to the beautiful and rare dune lakes called
EASTERN LAKE
Which has a direct outfall tributary to the beautiful sugar white sand beaches and waters of the Gulf of Mexico

Our townhome is located in the very quiet residential neighborhood of Lakewood subdivision just off 30A off Lakewood Drive

We’re excepting weekly reservations starting on NOVEMBER 7th , 2022

OUR LAKEHOUSE @ THE BEACH is in a quiet area and just a 2 Block walk to the most beautiful Sugar white sand beach anywhere on the Emerald Coast.. and 3/10 of a mile from the Walton Dunes beach access area

You can skip the walk or bike ride just down the street to the beach by taking our
kayaks , schooner or paddle boats that we furnish ???
for our guest over to the beach access from Eastern lake


Our TOWNHOME is located on the south or ocean side of the scenic Highway 30A with Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach just to our west and Watersound, Alys and Rosemary Beach just to our east. This area is most commonly referred to as "the Beaches of South Walton" and was named "The Best Family Beach in 2021"
by Travel Channel and "The Best Beach on Earth for Families" by Travel and Leisure Magazine.
There's almost 20 miles of bike paths along scenic 30A & the adjoining communities

You will find everything you need in this well-appointed unit!

We also furnish Guest with
nautica Beach chairs
nautica Beach Umbrellas
& a Rolling portable igloo
ice chest, and a lot of misc previous guest left overbeach toys
i.e.: fish nets, football, sand buckets, boogie boards, etc
Even a portable air pump so that you don't pass out trying to blow-up those Beach & Pool Floatation Devices!!!

Our lake-house location is truly unique in that we are bordered by the wooded and undeveloped 1700 acre Deer Lake State Park which is bordered to the north by scenic Highway 30A and goes all the way south to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
From the 5 minute walk to the beach from our Lakehouse you can walk east for over a mile on
the most beautiful, secluded beach with nothing but wildlife, sand dunes, and "Old Florida" scenery like nowhere else between Destin and Panama City Beach, Florida.
Deer Lake is a very rare Sand Dune lake, set in the most picturesque scenery, in addition to being a wildlife Sanctuary

OUR LAKEHOUSE AT THE BEACH
is a dog friendly unit with the payment of a pet fee, & we have some beautiful landscape grounds in which to walk your pet on but we do asked to please please please use the provided pet waste bags to clean up after year fur babies as more than 50% of the residents in LakeWood townhomes are permanent residence
so please be respectful of that!!!

This cozy and spacious unit is minutes away from restaurants, shops, quaint coffee spots, live music, and more! You are sure to leave with memories you will never forget!!!

Plus a queen size blowup mattress that can be used if needed

One Queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom downstairs, and a sliding glass door with a Lakeview that walks out on to our side deck

The upstairs master has a king bed and
“Our over the top” bunk room features triple bunk beds with the top bunk bed being a full size mattress in addition to a queen bed
The bunk room has a large half bath in it as well

Our lake house was totally gutted and remodeled from the ground up and completed in 2022

As you walk through the front door of
“Our Lakehouse at the Beach”
you’ll see our totally open floor plan featuring two Double Island Quartz Countertop top kitchen bars with counter height Bar seating for 10

Our Kitchen features all stainless steel appliances with an oversize farmhouse sink and faucet, which is stocked with everything imaginable for that gourmet cook in the family

There’s also a really unique separate
floating shelf & Beachwood counter top Bar featuring an under counter ice maker and under counter refrigerator, so you can separate your spirits from the side-by-side refrigerator in the kitchen

Our living area features an oversized sectional sofa with chase lounger and entertainment center with a 60 inch flatscreen TV, with-two accent swivel chairs

In the living area there is an 8 foot sliding glass floor to ceiling door
leading out to a large wraparound screened in porch with seating for 10 on our outdoor sofa and chairs

Also in our living area is a 6 foot
floor to ceiling sliding glass door leading out to an open deck which is perfect for grilling on the five burner gas stove with furnace
Outdoor table and chairs is furnished as well

Downstairs there’s also a guest bedroom complete with a queen bed and dresser with a flatscreen TV and a full en suite bathrooms with an acrylic soaking tub and shower as well


Now as you venture upstairs you’ll be wowed at our 15 foot vaulted ceilings throughout the entire upstairs master and bunk room bedrooms

The master bedroom has a queen bed with
2 side tables as well as a very large dresser and flatscreen TV & 4 windows that overlook the most beautiful view of eastern lake as well as the manicured grounds of Lakewood townhomes

On your way to the master bathroom
you’ll see our upstairs private balcony overlooking the downstairs open deck as well as a beautiful view of the lake just off the Master suite???

The master bathroom features a
5‘ x 5‘ dual rain shower Spicket and additional standard shower Spicket as well
With a very large bench seat in it as well.

The exhaust fan is a combination Bluetooth speaker with adjustable LED lighting controls for that guest that enjoys singing
in the oversize shower???

Now to our custom unique and over the top bunk bedroom which has triple bunk beds with the top bunk bed being a full-size bed along with a queen bed on a pedestal in the bunk room as well

There’s also a large half bath located in the bunk room as well???

The bunkbeds as well as the queen bed has under the bed drawers for lots of storage???

We are not absentee owners we visit each unit atleast one LONG WEEKEND a month to make sure everything is in order and clean for our guest!!!
