T405 A Two Bedroom Pet Unit Ocean Front Condominium in the Pacific Terrace.

Seconds to the Beach! Sleeps up to Six People. There is a King bed with a TV in the Main Bedroom, Two Twins in the second bedroom. Sofa bed in the living room. Unit has a gas fireplace and a wet bar. HD Flat Screen TV with Satellite and a DVD player in Living Room.

Pets are accepted. Pet fee is $20.00 per night, per pet. (max 3 pets) Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.

You will have access to an Indoor Heated Pool only. There is NO access to a Hot Tub.

**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Beautiful Location, Weather could not have been better. Place is outdated could use a little TLC but the only real complaint I have is it was not very clean when we arrived but that did not change the fact that we had a great relaxing time.

Fun in Gearhart

Had a great time. Spent a lot of time walking the beach. Used the pool with grandkids every day. Appreciated that we could bring our dog on his first trip. He enjoyed his time away and couldn't have been better.

Fantastic location very comfortable unit

The unit was very well supplied and very clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic! I would have liked to have had a comfortable chair for reading in the master bedroom; other than that, the furnishings were very comfortable.

Looking at the Ocean... Right Now!

Fantastic little unit, ocean views while the fireplace is going, what more could you want? We tried to stay an extra night, not surprised it's booked up. Will definitely be coming back.

Nice and quiet place

We arrived very late due to our flight being delayed the check was easy we just made a quick phone call and they gave us keys. Also Gearhart by the sea was so very gracious to make sure I had distilled water in the unit for my sleep apnea machine so that we did not have to stop along the way late at night to find some for me. They went above and beyond for me to make it so much easier!! For that I am so incredibly grateful!! :) The place is nice and clean. Needs some updates but nothing that would not make the choice to stay again. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you can think of. The living space is nice and big the fireplace is great. We loved having it on especially our last two nights since it was basically raining all day. The best thing about the place is the beach is literally right outside your front door and a short walk over the little hill. You can also get in your car go out of the complex make a right and within 100 yards you can drive on to the beach which we did more than once. It was amazing. We would most definitely stay here again if when we come back to the Oregon coast!!

Uncomfortable

Actual unit not like the picture. None of the furnishings pictured were present & the replacements were uncomfortable to sit on. Literally half of the lights had no bulbs or were burnt out. Ice makers didn't work, missing closet door in master. King bed was ok, but little to no room on either side to get in or out of bed. Had planned to stay 2 nights, left the morning after the first night. Had this been a rustic beach cabin, the furnishings/appointments would have made sense. For a higher end condo, it was a flop.

Stunning views! A great condo to relax and enjoy time away.

We had a great time visiting Gearhart. The Oregon coast in early June was amazing and the we spotted elk as we took a sunset drive on the beach.

Amazing location for a great Golf Weekend!

Plenty of space and incredible location for 3 adults on a golf weekend, well stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, and chairs for the back porch that looks right out onto the beach. Nothing fancy here but it made for a very comfortable and convenient stay.

Impromptu vacation

Decided, at the last minute, to get out of town. We picked the perfect place. My family was blown away by the location and property. My boys can't wait to come back!

Great location!

I didn't receive any communication from the property manager unless I asked which is fine. When provided, the directions were super helpful. The location is amazing and super close to the beach. The keys didn't work so we were pretty anxious as the doors were unlocked all night. We checked in late so the front desk let us know someone would be stopping by the next day to have a look but we checked out by then.

Excellent location!

The living spaces were larger than I anticipated so my husband and I had plenty of room. We brought our puppy Ruby and there was ample space for her crate. We loved that we could take her right out the back door for potty breaks and then the beach was just a short walk past that.

Such a nice place. I’ve always wanted to stay in one of the units closest to the ocean. So great to have the expanse of grass out front. I hope to stay in this unit again.

Great location

The location of this condo is perfect. The dunes and beach are beautiful. There is a view of the water off to the side from this condo. We enjoyed our stay but there were things that needed to be taken care of in the unit. As mentioned previously there has been some delayed maintenance in this unit. The pocket door to the master bedroom bathroom is off the track, one side missing from thr shower stall-replaced by a shower curtain, missing door to master closet etc. These in themselves didn't bother me but what bothered me was about 5 remotes to the living room TV-none had batteries-had to change channel and volume by hand. Also the light above the dining room table was out. We tried to switch out the bulb but discovered another bulb had been broken off in the socket. We needed to move a lamp over to the area to use it for eating and games. These two things really dampened our stay. This is the 2nd time we have been at this condo and think it's perfect for our needs but more attention needs to made to the unit to make it perfect.

This was the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in. The location can't be beat. It was a wonderful getaway with our 3 year old, 1.5 year old and dog.
