It is only rented out occasionally and has been constantly updated. The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms.

From its open concept spacious 1760sq feet layout, to the quiet, peaceful and private views off the lanai, to the contemporary quality furniture and appliances this home will put any guest at ease.   The L-shaped lanai faces south and gets the morning sun dabbling through the preserve and also gets the late day sun.
This home has hardwood floors in the main areas. The spacious fully equipped kitchen with a ‘gas’ stove allows you to make those home cooked meals. Gather around the dining table or fire up the grill for alfresco dining on the lanai.

There is a 65” newer Smart TV in the living room and a 60” smart TV in the master bedroom. Almost all of the lighting is on dimmers so that you can achieve that perfect lighting in the evening. The Moroccan light over the dining table casts stunning shadows.

The custom master bathroom provides a zen like feeling with its walk in shower and vessel sinks. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and a desk overlooking the preserve. Hi Speed internet is provided. There is a walk in closet and access to the lanai.   

The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds that are extra long.  Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms, living room and lanai. 

This 1st Floor Coach home is in the beautiful gated community of Tarpon Bay, North Naples, Florida.   This resort style community has a great clubhouse and pool which overlooks a 13 acre pond.   A large Jacuzzi style pool is near by.  Guests get the use of the clay tennis courts, basketball court, pickle ball courts, bocce ball area, full exercise room including bikes, treadmills, weight machines, free weights and there is a hardwood floored gym room for exercise classes/yoga.  There is a club room with large TV, Computer area with printer, billiard table room, card tables room, kitchen.   There are organized social activities for those that are interested.

While the Tarpon Bay community is gated and private, there is shopping less than a mile away at plaza containing a variety of stores including SuperTarget, Chilis, Panera Bread,  World Market, PetSmart and others. 

We are 3 ½ miles from the well know Mercato (modern walking plaza) that houses great restaurants of all types, wine bars, shops, night clubs and cinema.   Nearby is the fabulous Barefoot Beach (my favorite-known for its Gopher tortoises),  Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, Audubon Society trails, Botanical Gardens, and many golf courses.  There are hundreds of restaurants for all tastes throughout Naples and you can venture to downtown Naples which has the famous 5th Avenue.  Close to that is Old Naples with the famous pier.  There is world class shopping at the Waterside Shops.  The owner will be glad to assist you with regards to restaurants etc.

The garage contains a natural gas Weber BBQ, beach chairs, two beach umbrellas and two bikes. There is a couple of floating chairs for the pool.  Beach towels are provided.
No Pets are allowed and No Smoking please. 

Note: As part of the Condo Rules any renters will be signed up to a lease and that along with an application will be put up for board approval. I require about 18 days advance notice to get that approval.

As any Guest can appreciate you will have to abide by the Condo Associations Rules and those of the owner.
