I want to give this house a 10 out of 10 rating; it's very accommodating! The owner was easy to communicate with, the house was spotless, and the location was perfect! The pool was great too! However, it needs just a few upgrades. We were told to turn the A/C off when we were not in the house. One A/C unit did not cool the first bedroom off much at all. The washer did not work well, and the lock on the 5th bedroom was extremely difficult. And it was nearly impossible to have hot showers for the number of us that stayed there. The hot water heater could not keep up. However, this house is fantastic and I would definitely recommend it. I would just hope a few things are fixed.

Wonderful stay at this lovely home. Easily fit our group of 8 and has so pace for more. 5 bedrooms with en-suite facilities so everyone has their ā€œspace.ā€Easy walk to ritz and beach. Owner was great to work with and communicated well. No hesitation about renting this home again!

Perfect place in Aruba

The owners were lovely and close by which was awesome. They walked us through the whole house and showed us how to work everything.. the location / house / bedrooms were perfect for 2 families with 7 people total. Close to great restaurants and the hotel row. We will definitely be back and will definitely rent from them again.

We had a wonderful time in Aruba! ATV tour, snorkeling, hanging out by the pool and of course the beaches are just beautiful. Walking from the Villa to the Ritz was a bit tricky, especially with an infant, but otherwise perfect.

Great property: the house, the pool, bougainvilleas to die for and palm trees to make everybody happyā€¦ everything fresh, new, cleanā€¦ very well designedā€¦ all amenities one would ever needā€¦Great location: walking distance to the beautiful Palm Beach, restaurants, Ritz-Carlton coffee shop, Black Pearl cruise, water sportsā€¦ a few minutes by car to the SuperFood supermarket or Oranjestad, if desiredā€¦ We also visited more remote restaurants, enjoyed the 8-hr ABC Tour of the Islandā€¦Maria responded to a couple of queries we had promptly and efficiently, even though she was travelling. Dario was just great: he greeted us at the house, and the check-in was seamless, very cordial, super-efficientā€¦ Dario stopped by to check the pool lights and gas on the stove within minutes of our query, so everything was just great. It was our first time; we followed recommendations provided by people who have been coming to Aruba for over 20 yearsā€¦ We hope to come back.Did we mention Aruba is indeed ā€œOne Happy Islandā€?Thank you

Perfection!

Celebrated my 70 th Birthday with my adult children and my 2 grand kids 3 and 5 . The house was immaculately clean . The pool was dream with a waterfall and changing color lights at night . The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. We cooked in 3 of our 6 nights . The rooms were roomy and the pool ā€œcabana roomā€ was a great family space for the parents with kids. It has a full sized washer and dryer , beach chairs and umbrellas . It was everything I hoped for and more.

Loved our stay!

We loved the house. It was exactly as advertised. The place was spotless when we arrived. Maria met us and gave us a brief tour and explained how everything worked. The location was great, easy to drive to beaches and restaurants. The private pool was amazing. We loved having the BBQ and used it a few times during our stay. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Villa!

This place was amazing! Pristine, beautifully decorated and spacious. The pool was incredible relaxing! Most of all the owners were outstanding hosts. Mr. Thomson was so nice, made sure we were fine the entire stay and came to see us off when we left. You wont find kinder hosts, or a more lovely home!

A great house and great location !

We had a great 5 nights at this property! Maria and Peter we gracious hosts and were immediate to address any questions/issues. The location was perfect for us, we walked to the Marriott area everyday with our beach chairs. Everything was exactly as listed, no surprises. We would definitely rent again!
