Fresh Air Eden Isle Getaway on Large Secluded Lot & Ultraviolet HVAC

Our newly installed ultraviolet HVAC air filtration system provides added protection inside. And outside, you will immediately notice the fresh clean natural air breezes and lots of outdoor space. This is the stress-free vacation get-away you need. Walk the hills and roads of Eden Isle or simply relax on the deck. This architecturally designed house sits on top of Eden Isle on a lush private lot where you can watch the birds, fox, and deer while sipping your morning Joe or evening cocktail. Early morning walks rate a 10! The property side yard is suitable for bocci ball and volley ball (fun!). Three bedrooms are perfect for two couples and four kids. One king room has an en suite bath. A golf cart is available upon request for easy access to all the Eden Isle amenities. It’s the preferred mode of travel around Eden Isle. The large deck with fire table and gas grill are perfect for after-the-lake cookouts.

Eden Isle is a private resort community located on beautiful Greers Ferry Lake, one of the clearest and cleanest lakes in the United States. With over 40,000 acres of crystal clear water that is perfect for fishing, scuba diving, waterskiing, and boating. The Eden Isle Marina is a full-service marina and is located just down the hill from our house. In addition to lake and river sports, golf is available on Eden Isle at the Championship PGA-rated Red Apple Country Club. Ask about renting our 20' Bennington party barge.

There are two swimming pools and several tennis courts on Eden Isle for your enjoyment. Please note that you must specifically request access in advance of your stay through your host.

The Red Apple Inn restaurant is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and you can have a cocktail at the Red Apple Inn bar. Security Deposit damage the home charged up to $500. Owner's wing of house is locked and never used when rented. You have private use of this house.

Wonderful secluded and cozy stay

We had a wonderful stay in Eden Isle. The house is lovely and well appointed. It is nestled with woods along its long back property line which makes it feel very secluded. There is a deck off of the back of porch - perfect for morning coffee. We did find that the evenings were difficult outside due to mosquitoes but it is summer in AR. The home had multiple comfortable spaces allowing us to all be together or to find a little spot to be on your own. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We made use of the golf cart (2 seater), the hot tub, and the owners pontoon boat. If renting, make sure to read and follow the detailed rules and instructions., especially regarding things such as golf cart. I remembered reading that the property has outdoor security cameras. They do make use of them if something outside is out of sorts - some people may find that a bit off putting. Overall it was a great property and we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful home

This home is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood surrounded by trees which made sitting outside on the deck very enjoyable. The home has a great layout and tastefully decorated with art and antiques. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The bathrooms are nice with large showers. All the amenities we needed were provided. I highly recommend this home and would request it again. However, I would not recommend it to families with small children out of concern for damaging the furnishings.

Great stay at the lake!

We have rented several times on Eden Isle, but this was our first time in this house. I can say without a doubt that it is by far the best place we have rented at Greer’s Ferry lake. The house is spacious and very clean with a great deck area in the back that is very private. The kitchen is very nice and has everything you need. The available hot tub and golf cart are great amenities to enjoy as well. We will definitely put this space at the top of our list.

Private location within minutes of Red Apple Inn and the marina

The house is very spacious and is located towards the end of the road with lots of privacy. There is a large outdoor deck in the backyard that is great for relaxing and tons of seating. The owners have furnished the property nicely, and have just about everything you need for your stay.

Beautiful Location

Great property, great location. The only complaint we had at all is that some of the beds could use new mattresses, but we would stay here again.

The home was beautiful and everything was fine as far as cleanliness of the home, etc. We did have a few problems, however, that could be easily corrected. The deck was not swept just prior to arrival. There were leaves all over and deck tabletops had not been wiped down. We tried 3 televisions and were only able to get one to work fully. There should be instructions for logons attached to the remotes. The front door code did not work until we spoke to the owner. The owner was supposed to leave our names at The Red Apple Inn so that we could be served alcohol. There was no record of this. Luckily we were with some friends who were able to vouch for us and we obtained a pass via them. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the home.

Great Fall Weekend on Eden Isle

We loved this property and it’s location. It’s great being near The Red Apple Inn for dining in the restaurant and my husband enjoyed a little golf practice on the practice green of the green LR club. The house is lovely and the host so gracious. Loved the big deck and fire pit on a cool fall night, as well.

3rd Year of Family Summer Fun.

This year & last year have been a wonderful, safe oasis from COVID. We love the house for staying in & cooking, the easy access to the golf course, the marina, the lake, beautiful sunsets & lovely places to walk. We recommend this fantastic house to all who are looking for a beautiful retreat.

Lovely Experience

We loved staying at this home. Martin was great to work with. He went above and beyond to make our stay special. The home was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and patio area. Even though it was summer the fire pit at night was a great place to eat dinner. We will be coming back to this property for our next lake trip! 5 ⭐️ s all the way around.

Nice House For Sure

Property was great. Nice home. Perfect for a a weekend getaway to a fun location at Eden Isle. I gave 4 stars just because the back patio is super nice and private but it had not been blown off prior to our arrival and due to the amount of leaves and other debris made it less appealing to enjoy our time out there. Also, the owner requires a sort therm rental contract that is somewhat limiting. We rented an additional condo because we had 9 people in our party. 4 stayed at this condo and when I asked if the other party could come over to visit and have dinner at his condo, it was a hard NO. For small groups this location is good for sure. Nice house and would stay again.

This home is beautiful and homey. There are many relaxing spaces indoors and out. It was equipped with everything we needed during our stay, and it was very clean and well maintained.
