This quaint single-level Sears cottage is a comfortable one-bedroom with two twin beds and a double futon in the living/dining room area. The galley kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, small 4-burner stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Ceiling fans are throughout and there’s a heater in the living room for those chilly nights. Relax on the screened in porch with seating for six. Just a short stroll to Village Green, The Sweet Shop, shops, post office and other shops. Plenty of board games, puzzles, and books to entertain while enjoying the view of the yard, Conservancy Dale, and the lake from the rear screened porch.
Helena's Cottage sleeps up to four. This is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not permitted. No TV/cable. Wifi is available but cannot be guaranteed.
