TV has chromcast. Very bright unit on the 2nd floor with over-sized patio overlooking the pool located next to the living room is perfect for that early morning coffee. Master has walk in closets. Secured building with in ground pool , spa, gym and sauna and biliard. New BBQ area by the pool. Pool is 9 FT deep. 1 CA king size bed in the bedroom, 2 queen size air matresses in the living room. 30 min drive to Universal Studios Hollywood, Getty Villa Museum at Mailbu, and Water park and 6 flags amusement parks.

Great location

Lillia was an excellent host. We had trouble with the lockbox password upon our arrival and Lillia quickly resolved the issue. The condo was cozy and just right for my husband and me. It was located just steps from Ventura Blvd and only minutes to all area attractions. We will definitely stay here when we vacation in the area again!

Difficult to get info re car parking, as NO street parking available. Owner said my phone did not allow text message but got messages from others Ok. Unit needs a good dusting. Checked out 3 days before our 6 day stay

The unit is cleaned professionally with Covid guidelines, this tenant just wanted a free stay and demanded unreasonable request like a second private parking even though it’s listed that only one private parking assigned to the unit. When his demand was not met he threaten to leave a bad review or no bad review in exchange for a free stay.

Quite good, but with a bit of attention could be really good

Good location, nice spacious apartment, but needs better equipment. 2 chairs are not enough, if more than two people are staying. Couch is very tired and needs replacing. Only 1 knife in kitchen!

This is my first time booking on homeaway. There needs to be better renters protection from homeAway. The owner was unwilling to work with me to find a solution to the problems in the apartment. The said amenities were not there. Wall paper peeling off the walls. The Ac was not working. I read the reviews left by others and wonder if they are even real. Some reviews stated how comfy the furniture was. This simply was not the case. I inquired about canceling and when she wasn’t receptive to that. I didn’t ask for cancelation. I left the apartments ac on and left in hopes of it finally working when I returned. Upon my arrival back to her unit, she was already inside the apartment with another gentleman. I was not notified she would even be entering the premises. Is this even allowed? She would not allow me inside. I was then told that the property was no longer available to me and she refused a refund. After going through homeAway support I managed to get a small partial refund of what I paid. Which was far from what I did spend. I felt that this was unfair. So before you do your reservation, just be aware of what you may be getting into. Also the pictures in the listing are stretched or something making the bathroom for example much bigger than it really actually is. I don’t like leaving reviews that aren’t good. But the way the situation was handled, I feel I have no choice. This women was belligerent to be accusing me of being a prostite and a scammer. However, I feel I am the one who was scammed by her not giving me a full refund and not allowing me to complete my reservation.

Terrible

No service! When we arrived...first the towels smelled strangely and were in dust and the towels were at the balcony not in the bathroom as said! No renovations! Furniture and blankets are very old and plus the smell of the apartment is really weird! This place is not the center of Los Angeles as advertised! The apartment occupation is very old again! Also, the money we payed we were not satisfied!

Hi I'm sorry you were not happy with my place, but I'm not sure what you are talking about: 1) Towels were just washed before your arrival and smelled like soap. 2) Appartment had a renovation I have contractor's bills as of this year, it just building is 1968. Furniture was pucharsed this year as well, I have invoices stating that... 3) I never said that location is downtown LA, if you mean downtown is the center of city, you should have learned about LA more before your arrival then. 4) if you were unhappy with the place, you just have had to let me know about that when you were staying, I would have solved any issues. Why leaving bad review now? Thank you and Spasibo for understanding

Loved it, but there were dirty dishes in the sink when we showed up.

Property was beautiful. For a new person staying, please make sure everything is clean. Dirty dishes were in the sink and we had to sweep.

Such a great value and unique space!

I stayed at Lily’s with 2 friends for our first trip to LA and we couldn’t have picked a better home base. The apartment comfortably held the 3 of us for 3 nights and we loved spending time on the terrace and ocean. It’s very well located and well equipped for a quick trip. Such a great value and unique space, we highly recommend it!

Highly recommend this house and the host.

This home was perfect for my family. Very well stocked with anything you would need, dishes, pans, linens, shower items, coffee maker, etc. The living room was very comfortable and the furniture was in good condition. This happened to be right around the corner from my sister's house and I recommended that any of her friends and family that visit stay here, way better than a hotel! There was an issue with our reservation due to HomeAway and another service's calender's not syncing but as soon as it was discovered the host fixed it and was very gracious about it.

It was a great price and we loved our time there!!

We stayed in May, their were 4 of us. The house was clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us, even though it was a smaller home. The pool was great for the kids to be able to play in. It was a safe area and close to convinces. It seemed that it took about 45 mins to get to everything we wanted to do, which was great! I definitely recommend this house! It was a great price and we loved our time there!!

We would recommend staying here, as it is a perfect place to stay while visiting LA. Very conveniently located near Metro buses, great shops & fabulous restaurants. All within walking distance. Plus, such a quiet apartment. Very clean & decorated just adorable!:)

Great Place!!!

The apartment was spotless and its amenities were excellent, going as far as coffee machine. The kitchen had all appliances needed to fix any kind of meal, and the AC and wifi worked perfectly. The location was great (about a 5 minute walk from Ventura blvd), and I would definitely recommend it to someone planning a visit to Los Angeles and Malibu beaches.

We loved it!!!

I took my grandkids to see Los Angeles. The place was clean and childproofed. Walking distance to kosher stores, Glatt market, Caffe Aroma, Ralphs and Rite Aid, Dollar store. We managed to see almost all LA siteseeings without driving too much. Everything was pretty much close to where we stayed. Kids and I loved it!

We loved our stay at this place!!! Very nice!!!

Lovely place, great location and nice weather in January made our trip to LA unforgettable. The min we walked in, we knew that owner cares for their guests, place was very welcoming. It had everything we needed: from clean towels and toiletries to TV chromcast inside. Pool, spa, gym, sauna and BBQ outside... Very recommended!

Great Place!

Great Clean Place! Location is awesome, walking distance to stores, bars , cafes etc. Love amenities at the bldg: big deep pool, hot spa and sauna, gym had most of equipments I needed. I had great time playing biliard made alot friends at BBQ next to the pool. Weather in LA is great in the winter, would wanna come back next year too...
