The 1000 sq ft two story cottage is perfect for small families, couples or solo travelers. Cottage is just off scenic Highway 11 and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. It is centrally located in a quiet area , 7 min away from Cowpens National Battlefield, 25 min North of Downtown Spartanburg, 55 min South from Asheville Regional Airport.
Upstairs is a large loft area, it has ample room for the Queen bed, Full bed and a sitting area. Tub/shower combo bath is also in the second floor. Downstairs features a full kitchen, dining and living room area, smart TV and Wifi. Air conditioning/heater unit in both levels. The cottage has been remodeled for your enjoyment.

Nice, clean

Enjoyed our stay. Only complant is it took a minute to get the key pad working first time accessing the place (or i may be digitally challenged) and water pressure in shower was very low. Other than that, great location, cute place!

Property was clean and as advertised. We had a problem with the water heater when we arrived but it was repaired quickly. We are older adults (760 and a hand rail on the left side of the stairs would have made us feel more comfortable, but we got by ok. Also some grab bars in the shower would be nice. Over all a very nice place. I would recommend it to anyone.

Cottage was comfy, spacious, appealing, clean and convenient. Issues with entering unit due to conflicts between property details at VRBO website and host’s direct instructions, and due to unclear instructions regarding digital door lock. Shower has issue with hot water discontinuing intermittently. Was not addressed. Finally, Roku streaming device was missing from TV, so we were without TV. Sent many messages to host explaining that Roku streaming stick was not attached to TV before host agreed to purchase another Roku, but not before my departure. Finally, stairs to bedroom on 2nd floor needs left side banister / railing, as it’s otherwise precarious descending.
Would recommend again with caveats about shower, and not for elderly due to stairs and bathroom is upstairs. 7 out of 10 overall.

Comfy cottage

The cottage was nice and comfy for our short stay. Appliances were available and functional. The stairs have no banister so it was a bit tricky with our young one, but other than that everything was great.

Heaven Sent Location

Relocating from CT I needed a temporary location while we purchase our home. It was a beautiful, cozy and clean cottage. Quiet neighborhood, Owners are amazing. Has everything you need. Comfy beds, space, internet, High speed Wifi which was a plus since remotely working/schooling. The kitchen is great for cooking with its spacious counters. Location is close to walking distance to Downtown. Would recommend over and over.

Noise & traffic galore!

This is a small town of 900 people. During my stay there was constant traffic 24/7. Large trucks, semi trailers, & cars with loud engines. The traffic was extremely loud & I got no rest. On top of that the owners would slam their car doors on purpose! I would not recommend this location if you enjoy peace & quiet. Find other accommodations please.

We really enjoyed staying here!

We had a great time staying at this house. Hosts were great and they had the cutest kids. It worked out well staying here for a soccer tournament. The only issue we had was the stairs are a bit steep so my mom has to be careful going up and down them. Hope to come back!

Great little cottage

We booked this cottage for 3 nights to attend a wedding. We enjoyed it greatly. Heating and AC worked great. There are some neat little shops in Chesnee. Strawberry Hill Farmers Market and Restaurant right outside of town was great too. Cowpens Battlefield is only 2 miles from the cottage and is a great historical experience. The cottage is located right on Hwy 11 - The Foothills Parkway, so other outdoor adventures are nearby as well.

Very calm and cozy cottage

Warmful and comfortable housing with all necessary amenities. Hosts are incredbly attentive to answer quickly and make the stay enjoyable. Calm and well located in Chesnee and close to shops. Highly recommendable and good value for the price.
