Beautiful Villa duplex. This unit was completely remodeled in 2018 with new appliances, modern amenities, but not limited to cable TV, WIFI, full kitchen, microwave, blender, slow cooker, coffee maker, pots, pans and utensils.
Relaxing outside common areas include exterior shower, dishwasher, dryer, washer, 2 picnic tables, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, fire pit and beach gear for your responsible enjoyment.
If you are looking for a perfect destination, Panama City Beach is the location and our Beach House is the place to make your vacation unforgettable.

Fun place with the family!

The place was as depicted. Although the property is a duplex you really don't hear or notice your neighbors. Great location away from the tourist stuff, but close enough to still have fun. We really liked St Andrew State Park. Would recommend staying here! Perfect for a family vacation.

Worst booking I have ever made

This property was horrible. Wonderful location but it was worse than any booking I have ever made. We had to wash every dish before we could use any of it, they were all disgusting. The only skillet available was 6". Nowhere close to big enough to cook for a family of 6. Multiple cockroaches were found and a mouse got into our food the first night. Went to use the washing machine one of them was broken and the other was full of nasty water! The bathroom had no space to put anything, the water pressure wasn't even enough to get the soap off of your skin, and the water was so hot it would burn you. We were given 1 1/2 rolls of TP for 6 people staying 8 nights. The beds were so hard I barely slept. The room with bunk bed, the bunk squeaked from being so cheap and there is a board across the bottom bunk. Master room TV was on demo mode the whole time like it was bought off the black market. House was decorated from what seems like Dollar Tree and put together by a toddler. So much decor on the desk it was unusable. The front door keypad was flashing red when the cleaning lady left and 2 days later was dead locking us out of the house,messaged the contact number with no response. Managed to make it inside by sending our 6-year-old through a window. still no response. Sen our teenagers to DG for batteries, still no response. Was never responded to about this situation. The walls were so thin, and neighbors were super loud. Nbrs did not pick up after their dogs!still more complaint

Great stay

Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed the opportunity to enjoy the waves, sun and atmosphere of the gulf. Great time and the location was perfect. Short walk to the sand. Very pleased with the accommodations.

Vacation

The house was clean and tidy. Great kitchen! Great bedsheets! Largest bed could use a mattress upgrade and definitely the futon needs to be updated to a pull out couch. It was sagging and could not be slept on. The yard area was the worse part of the property. Very poorly maintained and I would never put a dog or any animal in the 'cages' they had outside. Lots of stickers in what little grass is able to grow in the sand. The property manager was very easy to reach when we needed something and very friendly. We ended up only sleeping there and eating breakfast there - went with other family to different tourist spots. For that it was great (except for the futon).

Nice rental in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the restaurants and family activities of PCB.

Perfect Getaway!

The cottage was located close to all the things we wanted to do. We had everything we needed in the cottage and it was perfect for our furbabies!

it was all ok. we had a very good time but the sheets had hair and crustys and sand on them. so we slept on the top. but the cleaner man did offer to change them. other than that it served the purpose very nicely:))

Place has unlimited potential

The house was clean and inviting. The fence was in dire need of repair - materials were present. The beds were unbelievably hard and uncomfortable. Take a mattress pad if you plan on staying. Also, someone attempted to break into my cargo trailer while it was parked directly in front of the main entrance door.

Exactly as described, Very Clean, loved the dog runs in the back yard, House smelled Great!!

Loved this cute Beach House, walking distance to Beach & Great restaurants, Had Everything we needed & dog runs in the back yard were great for my dogs to run around! Very Clean & smelled Great when we walked in, decorated very cute & big towels in bathroom! Will return as soon as we can get away!! Thanx for a wonderful relaxing place to stay!!

Wonderful place to stay!

This property is adorably cute and has all the amenities you could want. We especially enjoyed the inner tubes, gas grill, and fire pit. Coming home with already clean laundry was nice too. I would stay here again in an instant! Adamson Cleaning that keeps up the property was great too! It was so clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived. They also helped us with what to do in the area with excellent suggestions! Thank you!
