Jeremy, given your basically enthusiastic comments while here and in your review, we are majorly disappointed in your giving us only 4 stars! The hours posted are only adhered to when we have rowdy guests and I specifically texted you to stay in the billiard room as long as you wanted. Regarding the extra cleaning fees, they are plainly stated in the write up not buried in the fine print as you stated. If the AC in the billiard room was problematic you should have informed us. That seems, truly, to be your only negative comment about the premises. You all broke the lamp over the game table by twisting the socket so far the wires to the power supply were disconnected. Both the VRBO website and our email to you identified the cleaning fees so you were not blindsided by the extra cleaning fees. It seems quite presumptuous to assume there would be no additional charge for use of six or seven more beds and the accompanying towels.

Thanks for a 5 star review. Yes, the kitchen and accompanying eating area could be bigger but this is a historic ranch and the existing buildings were all here for many years. Pictures of everything are on the rental site. Glad you enjoyed your stay!
