This lovely, fully renovated two-story condo is spacious, clean, and quiet. It sits just a short, 5- 6 minute walk to the beach and Tamarindo town center. It's far enough from "downtown" that you'll sleep in quiet at night, but close enough that restaurants, grocery stores, surf shops, bars, and everything else you could possibly ask for is within short walking distance. The property is gated with a guard, so it's safe for you and your family to sleep comfortably at night. In fact, the only thing that may keep you up at night are the howler monkeys that like to hang out in the surrounding trees! There are two pools on property for your enjoyment as well. The condo has two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and balcony. The master has a queen bed and the second bedroom is a matrimonial size bed. We also have a fold-out couch in the living room with a half-bath. The kitchen is fully functional with coffee machine, cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, etc. We even have a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. And maybe most importantly, each room has its own air conditioner.
